The property was excellent, neat & clean rooms, comfortable bed, quick check in, decent break fast, friendly staff, affordable cab rates for the hotel car / travel desk

Location was pretty central, breakfast was good (though it would be great if they offered cappuccinos, not just filter coffee), there was a gym. Room was comfortable.
I'd suggest using jugs of water (I know not many hotels do this though) as there was never enough, though you could request more bottles if you wanted. The pool wasn't ready to be used.

Looks very modern, staff were very kind.
We were told when we arrived that the pool would be out of service for about a week for maintenance. Hilton failed to tell us in advance, and this was extended disappointing as the main reason I booked this hotel was for its pool. We were not offered any compensation. I wish we were told in advance and I would have cancelled our reservation.
In addition, the buffet was very very overpriced for a extremely limited selection of food. Ive stayed at cheaper hotels in Nairobi which offer a much better selection of food for cheaper.
The room also had stains on the bedding. Aside from that it was clean.
Overall, extremely disappointing for a Hilton. Would strongly recommend looking at other hotels in Nairobi.

Dear Management Team,
I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory, with the exception of a few areas that require improvement.
Firstly, I must commend the breakfast buffet, as it was relatively satisfying. However, I found the selection of other meals to be quite limited. The offerings from the menu are unhealthy, inadequate and not enjoyable. The word HILTON in the hotels name raises some expectations.
Furthermore, I was disappointed with the location of the hotel, as it did not provide a conducive environment for leisurely walks or sightseeing. This aspect detracted not from my overall experience but should be worth mentioned. I took the UBER to reach out to more preferred and enjoyable locations.
Lastly, I feel it is important to address the behavior of some staff, particularly as a solo female traveler. I believe a certain level of professionalism and discretion is expected, and unfortunately, I found the staff to be overly intrusive and in some cases even unfriendly. I would appreciate if the personnel could exhibit a more restrained and respectful approach towards guests. Too much curiosity kills the cat :)
I hope you consider these points constructively and take them into account for future improvements. Despite the aforementioned concerns, I still appreciate the effort put forth by your team to ensure a comfortable stay.
