The water would take a little too long to get warm but I feel it's not a deal breaker in the blistering Mombasa heat

Staff were very helpful. When I had an issue and needed documents sent to me, they responded promptly, and this helped me out of a difficult situation. Very friendly and hospitable.
It could be nice if there was good quality coffee offered in the morning breakfast.

Location is excellent. Close to beach front and mall. Great pool, lounge and rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff friendly and helpful.
A minor point. Filter coffee is not ready at breakfast buffet but can be ordered. There's plenty choice in teas.

The personnel was nice and very helpful. They prepared a big lunch box for me very early in the morning for Safari which was nice and tasty. Restaurant had a good variety of tasty food. The room was comfortable and clean.
I guess the windows do not isolate the noise from the outside very well, but it was still manageable.

The hotel has very good reception, Cleanliness was on top and good location.
Security guys are also friendly and ready to help.
Their breakfast was prenty and sweet. Keep up.
