Wonderful
The staff was EXCELLENT!! From the front desk to the landscapers going about their daily tasks. There was ALWAYS a good morning and a bit of a chat about the day and the hotel offerings. EXCELLENT service! Very diligent and customer focused.
The hotel was a bit remote and the roads surrounding the property were under construction which made the ride there uncomfortable, but that's outside the perview of the property itself.

The rooms, the private access to the beach.
There are monkeys everywhere and one needs to be careful when eating since some will try to steal some food.

I was very happy during my stay,the food was well made and huge variety. Amazing staff and the room was perfect from the door to the bathroom. They were quick to provide bug spray and Iron when asked. The beach is beautiful. Just as seen on the booking app.
That I stayed here only two days...I wish I stayed longer

I truly enjoyed my stay at Severin Sea Lodge. The staff was so warm and welcoming. I loved eating by the oceanfront. Very good buffet breakfast and dinner options. I look forward to returning.
A little far from the airport, but this is a minor inconvenience and allows for a very peaceful stay.

My family loved the stay.....the kids rated it as their best Christmas stay. Eve to New Year was a blast. We loved the swimming pool especially the jacuzzi pool area. The gaming idea (pool table and the like) is great. The breakfast and dinner were good.....there was variety and staff had good attitude
Christmas should have similar vibe to the vibe you had at the hotel on eve to New Year because Christmas is a big day to many. From my interactions with guests there I gathered that many people came there specifically for Christmas

Food variety was great, staff were friendly and excellent.
I commend Mr Hare Sulubu for his excellent professionalism and customer service. He was very helpful to us.
Initially we had been allocated a room near the gate, and which was hidden and was next to guests who were smoking. Given that I booked months in advance I was surprised by how they sent us to that room. Fortunately Mr Hare was very helpful and facilitated a move to a much better room.

It’s a very nice lodge,
family-friendly and welcoming. There were lots of birthday celebrations happening, which was really cute and added to the cheerful atmosphere. The staff are very kind and attentive; they truly take care of you in every aspect.
The bathroom facilities are good, but there’s no bidet sprayer for personal cleaning. Installing one would be a nice improvement for guests.
