Fantastic experience for the cost! This felt like a "resort stay" without the exorbitant resort prices. Very safe gated area, great views, clean and comfortable rooms, good food and room service, and very kind staff.
Nope! We came back to stay again when we were passing back through Mombasa!

View, staff, dinner/ lunch, room size, bathroom size, furniture in the room, tv, size of balcony, swimming pool area, location n the city
Smell in the bathroom on a first day, visible mark of fungus, not well furnitures balcony, poor choice of food on breakfast. Noisy air condition. I had to turn it off.

The pool and the view to the creek
The noise in the rooms are Insufferable because the hotel is close to an avenue. It is urgent to install door with protection to the noise. Furthermore, my air conditioner was damaged and they didnt change my room, the maintenance person came to my room to fix it 4 times in one day including one of them at 2 am!!!

The staff was very kind and supportive. The suit was beautiful and the bar they had at the pool was amazing. Best drinks weve ever had.
The check-in was a bit exhausting because it took them long to find our booking and then later on they asked me if I can pay now even though I paid beforehand.
