Great location for us. Very close to Metro and train stations. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and a great introduction to Japanese style food.

Everything else. I particularly loved the bath bombs they offered.
They didn't allow you to prepay to send your luggage. We had to go to the seven eleven nearby to send our luggages.

The property is very accessible to local trains and Shinkansen.
Buffet breakfast is the same all throughout my stay.

Hotel was in a nice and clean location of Tokyo, we felt very safe. Not in the main area, but it was like a mini Shibuya with all the roads lit up. It was very close to Kanda Station which made it easy to navigate around Tokyo. The hotel was fairly basic and the room was small, but the standards are very high in Japan so the room was exceptionally clean! You could help yourself to toiletries in the reception area and they had items like hair straightners for free hire. We didn't really talk with any staff as check in and check out was completed on a machine.
Room a bit small but for the price it was great and it is Tokyo!

Rooms were really well appointed. Staff very helpful. 5 minutes from JR Station and very convenient. Great breakfast. Room service perfect. Highly recommend.
