Beautiful grounds and room in quiet area. Walk to restaurants and shopping.
Location too far from interesting areas of city. Big chain that feels like you could be anywhere in the world. No pnsen or Japanese culture.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. (Rare for Tokyo!)
The beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely.
It was fantastic to have a connecting room with our kids. (put in a request for this)
Overall a beautiful stay. The photos and website do not do the hotel justice at all, it is far nicer in real life.
It is very expensive. The restaurants are especially expensive. The dinner buffet was not very good, a strange array of dishes without accompaniments. For example, roast beef with no vegetables or potatoes.
Also, there is no pool which would be great in summer.

Shopping complex is connected to the hotel so it was convenient on rainy day (cafe, restaurant, supermarket, etc ..)
Easy to catch taxi
-Entry level staff are not very helpful/pleasant
-The noise from upstairs (because the floor is not carpeted??)
- Busy & crowded. Wedding, business meetings, airline crew's accomodations etc ... Lots going on!
