Amazing views! Great service. My guess is they have staff on each floor to get you things you need quickly based upon how quickly items came to the room. Loved the attention to detail such as confirming the taxi with written correspondence. Breakfast was lovely. A good variety of items and excellent unique pastries both traditional and savory.
Sadly didn't care for the cocktails at their bar. The bar area is beautiful at night and a great spot to relax while listening to live music.

We love everything about the hotel. But most of all the amazing wonderful staff team.
They went above and beyond. Very rare to get this service truly genuine hospitality and warmth nowadays . We were extremely impressed. And for this reason we look forward to coming back. Hopefully soon.

Yoshi Hoshino made our stay enjoyable and fun. He was knowledgeable, courteous and gave excellent service.
Entire staff was exceptional.
In San Francisco there are hotels that offer a limousine service for guest free of charge with a 3 miles area, The Ritz Carlton should have this because the RC is an exceptional hotel.
My only issue is that everyone is required to wear a very tight swimming cap. Due to the tightness of the cap, I only swam a few laps. In San Francisco the Four Seasons doesn't require a swimming cap in their junior Olympic swimming pool.
