Wonderful
Love the location, very close to Tokyo station. Breakfast is consistently excellent. Staff is great. Onsen is nice.
Price is high. Onsen is crowded at times.

Great location and easy walk to all metro stations. The happy hour was great and rooms are clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Rooms are extremely small. 3 person room had bunk bed over the top of the large bed. Beds were uncomfortable by western standards.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the Hotel is conveniently located near the train station while I was not disturbed by the train traffic noise. The Hotel was also very clean.
The rooms are very small and the standard pillow was hard. I got more pillows by the reception but they were ok. If you are traveling alone with limited luggage you can manage it but if you’re traveling as a couple you will feel very cramped.

The location of Hotel is unbeatable. Very convenient. Hotel staffs are efficient and very helpful and cordial. Also you don’t need a room key to open door, just a code and it has an onsen.
The room is tiny. We are always bumping into each other. If you have large pieces of luggage, you have to be creative to fit them all in. Nothing is provided, only teapot, no coffee, tea pkgs

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk from Tokyo Station and the subway, which made getting around the city so easy. The area felt very nice and convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities were excellent, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
