Stayed here for almost a month on and off, it is just the best hotel with the loveliest staff. Amazing common area, laundry facilities, pillow choices and view to beautiful akasaka. Can’t wait to come back!!

This is highly recommended, definitely we’ll recommend to stay here! Very accomodating stuff and attentive. Very convenient place, 5-6mins walk from the station. Just a few meters away from the Sensoji temple. The room is spacious too. The coffee shop is a must visit!
No microwave inside the room.

Pleasant
The hotel was convenient, comfortable and the staff team were exceptionally kind, approachable and welcoming. They spoke very good English. The staff also kindly took care of my suitcases the last day, as I had to fly very late in the evening.
The Akasaka-Mitsuke station was about 8mins walk away - 7-Eleven right next door and plenty of restaurants within 300m.
The room were very small even for Tokyo. There were no shelving or a clothing rack to unpack clothing. The size of the bathroom were also much smaller then expected. I didn't like the location - in the middle of the food and restaurant area, a bit too crowded and noisy for my taste. Only 1 elevation so can get a little crowded in the early morning hours.

The location is perfect since the area is not full of tourists and you can fine easy a good restaurant. Also close to the subway and good to walking around and connect to other areas.
Everything was fine to me.

Convenient and well run with a wide range of facilities like the communal bath and the work space. Good breakfast, complimentary drinks, etc. Excellent staff.
Rooms are very small even for Tokyo.

Very Good
Great amenities and welcoming staff. I love the keyless entry. Beds are comfortable, pillow wall is unique, and the public bath is wonderful!
Only room for improvement would be some shelving or a clothing rack to unpack clothing.

Wonderful
The location of the hotel was the most convenient. We had 7-Eleven right next door, Komeda cafe opposite and plenty of restaurants within 300m. The Akasaka-Mitsuke was about 8mins walk which was very convenient for all places we wanted to travel in Tokyo. I liked the tiny details like choosing your own pillow and pyjamas. These might be standard in Japan but coming from Netherlands and staying in hotels around Europe, it is definitely a luxury.
The size of the bathroom and room is smaller than you expect. If you carry extra-large luggage, it will be very difficult.
nothing.

The property is perfect location. Close to May shops beautiful shrines near by, and close to the train station about 5- 8 minute walk to the two close train stations. Bus stop takes you to major areas as well and is close by!
I guess it was a little small. I didn’t mind it because I was alone and I wasn’t expecting to stay in the room all day.

Great location, near several train lines. The hotel is near restaurants and bars and a short subway trip to various attractions. While inside the room you don't hear any outside noise. Having an onsen after walking all day is great, very relaxing. Would come back.
The bed was too soft.

Pleasant
The hotel has a public bath (hot spring water) for guests to use. This was quite nice to use. The time to use switches between women and men.
You can choose your own pillow which can be nice if they have the pillow you want, but the pillows provided in the rooms are very stiff. Also the rooms with a bunk bed, the bunk bed is very uncomfortable.

laundry is only 100yen, with the dryer being free. The hotel also includes an onsen, which is incredibly relaxing for your fatigued body after a whole day of walking.

Super clean hotel, very friendly staff, and a nice compact room with everything I could ever need. The 7-11 directly next door was a great addition.

The property is very well located in an active neighborhood with many restaurants. The breakfast were very good and the happy hour very nice. The onsen was an unexpected pleasant surprise.
The rooms are very, very small with barely enough room for the beds and no room for luggage.

Excellent location near metro, restaurants and stores. Great street atmosphere. The staff was fantastic and eager to please they always walked the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable. Very clean. Special thanks to Zara for helping us with sending our luggage, to Ana who provided excellent information as well as Joana and Lin for their kind assistance.
Rooms are very small, but then again this is Japan. But they were very well organized.

Very Good
- Location is good. 5 mins walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Station. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Lively yet quiet.
- Bed is firm and comfortable which I like. Lots of pillow options. Soundproof is also pretty good.
- Room is quite small even for Tokyo. Some corner has lots of dust.
- Only one elevator, some times need to wait for a bit.
- Bathroom sink has some stain. Not a big deal though.
Thank you for your information!
