Excellent location, very close to Ginza Station, lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby (Ippudo just accross the hotel) walking distance to Tsukiji market. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. 10/10.

It was in a great location. Close to the station as well. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
I checked out of this hotel and then came back a week later. When i came back, i was attacked by bed bugs. I don't think they changed the sheets despite them being very clean so far. But it was only the first night. I wasn't bitten any other night.

The staff were very considerate. I actually came down with COVID-19 when I first arrived, so I was stuck in my hotel room ordering a lot of Uber Eats food delivery, and because the elevator required a security key, the staff suggested they could bring my food to me instead of me coming down to the lobby to retrieve deliveries, which was very nice. I also declined housekeeping the entire time I was there, and they respected that I put the "do not disturb" magnet on my door, but the cleaners put a bag of fresh towels and bottled water on my door handle every morning. The location was pretty good. Ginza is a nice area to walk around, and you can walk out your door and be in a nice area. Tokyo felt even bigger than I expected though, places like Shinjuku or Shibuya took a bit over 20 minutes by Uber. It was really hot in Tokyo (I wouldn't recommend visiting in August, honestly) but the room got nice and chilly. Thank goodness for air conditioning.
The room was small, which I expected, but it felt extremely small when I was stuck inside of it sick. I had barely enough room for my luggage and me, and resorted to keeping one luggage in my shower when not using it. The TV didn't have very many channels - didn't seem to be a full cable package, just basic over-air channels with an antenna, and thus there was nothing not in Japanese on TV. The staff were very nice, but their English in general wasn't great. They understood common hotel questions, but had difficulty understanding less common questions. I asked for an extra luggage rack because I had more than one piece of luggage, and they told me no but I'm not positive they understood my question. Nitpicky but the hair dryer was very weak, but they did supply a blow dryer, which I appreciated.

The location was great. Easy to get to and from places. Staff were really helpful Loved that the bathroom has separate sections as well.
The WiFi near the top floors was a bit poor.
