The location was close to the Tower, one of the places we wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable.
Renovation is needed on carpet. Hotel restaurant closed very early. People were turned away. No hotel bar with food options other than nuts, no alcohol.

excellent customer service, clean, close to station, area is less touristy, decent room size, pleasant shower/bath amenities (bath salts was a nice touch), held my luggage after check out for 1-2 hours, received my luggage forwarding no issues, answered questions on booking.com promptly, had staff that spoke enough english, breakfast buffet had a good variety & was good quality, close-ish to tokyo tower
there is construction during the day, luckily we were not in the hotel during most of the hours of construction

We would definitely stay here again. Location was great - close to train stations. It was off the main streets so a nice quiet location. The staff were super helpful and they were also fine with keeping our luggage for 3 days when we went to Nikko National Park. Drinks and snacks daily from 2-4 pm. Beautiful library/lounge to sit in as well as a sitting area by the check in. Beds and pillows were comforable; shower great.

The location was perfect if you have to catch a flight from Haneda Airport. You have the subway 10 Min away or by taxi 25 min Good lounge and library
I felt it was a little bit too expensive for what it was and limited amount of daylight from the windows (at least our window was very small)

We've booked two triple bed room (includes bunk beds each) which was an awesome experience. Amenities was great and the staff was wonderful and very helpful as they would immediately come to help with luggage. The hotel was in a great location as the area was quiet but when you walk a few minutes, you'll be on the main street where you can easily get access to the subway station (multiple options).
The hotel only has two washer/dryer machines, which you can only do small loads if you want them to dry well, otherwise you'll need to add more dry time. But also, because there are only two machines, it's first come first serve so you'll have to make sure you get to an empty machine before someone takes over. Good news they have a QR code that tells you of the laundry status but you'll need to get there earlier to get your spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and pillows; very nice common area full of books to sit and enjoy some down time; and friendly, polite, accommodating staff. We stayed here one night at the end of our trip and liked being in a quieter part of Tokyo. We were also within walking distance of Tsukiji Market for some last day shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. For the money and the space it is a good deal in Tokyo. We love their breakfast. It serves lots of different nationalities and their taste. The items are fresh and quality. We had several buffets during our trip and agree that this was one of the best. This hotel is easy to navigate from, multiple train stations and subway stations.

We really enjoyed staying at Shiba Park Hotel. It’s a beautiful 4 star hotel with big rooms. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They had a lovely little reception the evening we arrived with free wine and beer. The lobby is very inviting and lots of people were mingling there. We even met a lovely couple from Puerto Rico to share a glass of wine with. This hotel is in a little quieter part of Tokyo but the trains are right there and only one or two direct stops to the action. There are some fantastic restaurants all with in 5-10 minutes walking of the hotel. Use your google maps for reviews of restaurants and it will take you right there. If we ever go back to Tokyo, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
Overall, everything was almost perfect for this hotel however we found the beds just a little hard. Not to the point where we couldn’t sleep but we are use to soft beds at home but that’s just a personal preference.

The hotel boasts a wonderfully attentive staff, and the location was good for our needs. Very clean and modern facilities, with free coffee and snacks in the registration area. The hotel restaurant offers a VEGAN menu as well as regular fare.
Unlike our previous large room in an American brand hotel in Yokohama, the Shiba Park Hotel was built to Japanese "tiny, but efficient" specifications. The sleeping area of our room was 10' x 15' with a King-size bed, a small sofa and tiny coffee table, leaving little room to move around or find a comfortable spot to stand. There was a very small niche in the 4' x 6' hallway for luggage and for hanging clothes. No real closet closet/storage spaces, and no usable drawers that were not filled with tea paraphernalia, bathrobes, or an in-drawer security safe. The bathroom was 5' x 6' with a 6.5' ceiling. It was so tiny that the sink and mirror hung into the tub area. There was scarcely any area to arrange personal care items. The three nights we spent in this room felt like living in a doll's house. The restaurant was expensive for breakfast and dinner. Next time in Tokyo, we will probably try an American chain and hope for better size quarters.
