This is an apartment situation and we appreciated having a washer/dryer in our unit. The unit was quite spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The gym is located somewhat off-site, but extremely well-equipped. The hotel is located close to the train station which was helpful as the location is kind of out of the way.

It’s not a hotel service it’s rather a serviced apartment, so it was very inconvenient not to have room service. The cleaning service was also not very good that we had to request it twice.

My stay at this property was absolutely amazing! I was truly impressed the moment I entered our two-room apartment — it was spacious, beautifully designed, high-tech, and spotless. Everything was so clean and perfectly maintained, with every comfort and convenience you could possibly need.
The cleaning service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made our stay more than perfect. Another big advantage is the location — very close to both the metro and the train station, which made getting around so easy.
Overall, this accommodation exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely stay here again.

We got the suite and the room was amazing and spacious. Location is good right near Tokyo station and nearby shopping center Daimaru. The washing machine in the room was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty nice with great city view.

Very clean and located next to Tokyo Station so very convenient for all trains. Great property and we loved having the apartment set up with a kitchen.
This is super minor, but I did not like the smell of the disinfectant used in our bathroom. I am very sensitive to smells so this would not be a concern for most people. However, it was very clean which was great!

You’re basically living in a nice high-end luxury apartment a handful of steps from the entrance to Tokyo station. Secure entry, luxury decor, attentive staff perfect lounge great breakfast close to museums and art and multiple other stations besides Tokyo station literally everything you need laundry comfortable beds nice views there’s really nothing negative to say about staying here. We had a Very large one bedroom apartment on a high floor.
