Seinenkan is located in the center of Tokyo without being in the middle of the crowd. You can reach any part of the city with ease.
While I enjoy looking down on the baseball stadium across the street, some people might find the noise tiring.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was not able to book luggage service online due to some issues and they took care of absolutely everything for 1/3 of the price of the online service.
The rooms were super clean and comfy and we had a nice view of the city and 2 “free of charge” baseball games.
Absolutely great hotel for a great price!
Everything was great!

I have stayed here many times over the years and will continue to return. It is very conveniently located.
It has become so popular that it has become very difficult to book the desired dates precisely. Lately, every reservation of mine has been a compromise. Book well in advance, and you won't be disappointed!

Poor
Great location with easy access to everything, while still being fairly quiet at night which made it easy to recharge after busy days exploring Tokyo. Having a Family Mart right on the ground level was incredibly convenient for quick breakfasts, snacks, drinks, and late-night essentials. The hotel was also well connected to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city.
The biggest downside for me was the overall customer service experience. The staff did not come across as particularly welcoming or friendly, and interactions often felt strained or uncomfortable. As an American traveler, I personally felt more out of place than I expected or would have liked during my stay. While the hotel itself has a convenient location, the atmosphere made it difficult for me to fully relax and enjoy the experience, and because of that I probably wouldn’t recommend it to many of my American friends.

Very Good
The property was very clean and my room updated The bed was firm but the pillows were wonderful. I can't believe how QUIET it was - this is a very big point for me - at this hotel I could not hear my neighbors. The staff accommodated my request for a higher floor and a room away from the elevators. Pleasantly surprised! Staff were wonderful and so helpful, I couldn't ask for better. I would recommend and also I would stay here again.Absolutely
a few more towels in the bathroom, and they 'upgraded me from my two single room to a double bed. I didn't ask for this and to me it wasn't an upgrade. I reserved the other because it was bigger. Having three suitcases with me - I needed the extra room....so although I'm sure they thought the bigger bed was a bonus and it is....the extra square footage in my hotel room was what I originally wanted. I did not tell them at the front desk as they were trying to be kind. But I wish they didn't move me - both rooms were priced equally. A better "upgrade " would have been to put me in a larger room with a double bed at the same price - that is actually an upgrade. Not what I was given.

Over a wonderful stay! Especially during the cherry blossom season. Centrally located in Shinjuku, close by to train station. Across the street from baseball stadium. Much quieter and cleaner area. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. I especially liked that. There’s convenience stores and parks. Especially loved the onsite onsen separated by male and female. Overall clean and large room.
Maybe some benches outside to enjoy the beautiful trees and atmosphere.

Good
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. We also liked having the coin laundry machines on property.
There was a strong musty smell in the rooms and even after we changed our original room, the smell was still in the second room. It didn’t bother my husband, but I have a heightened sense of smells. The property was also 10 to 20 minute walk from the station, depending on the direction.

There is nothing negative about this place. It is so popular that it is often full. Book in advance!
