Wow wow wow! The customer service here is impeccable. I was beyond impressed. On my first night. Sandra checked me and my son in. She was so polite and helpful. I needed a hearty meal after a long flightshe recognized that and recommended this place with Wagyu beef. Sandra did not only recommend this place, she actually WALKED me there . Oh my goodness. It is not so far from the hotel but she wanted to make sure I made it safely..she even helped place the order for me in Japanese. Amazing. I mentioned that we travelled to Japan to celebrate my sons 18th birthday. And just as we checked out, the staff presented a really wonderful gift to my son. . Sadly Sandra was not working that day so we missed out on saying thank you and goodbye to her.but her peers were incredible and gracious too. Really great customer service abd multilingual staff. I loved the water pressure hereand how hot the water got. I love good pressure with hot water!! Yesss. Yess, also, the beds were comfortable. I read some reviews (before booking) that said that beds are hard? Well they werent r for me. My back loved them. Super soft beds are not good for the back anyway but I get it, people like what they like. I hope to come back to Tokyo..and when I do, I will not hesitate to book here again. Thank you Sandra and staff for making our first trip to Japan, AND my sons 18th birthday, memorable. You guys rock! Keep it up.

Good location with close proximity to trains. A short walk to shops and local attractions including zoo and meusem and Ueno Park. Room was comfortable and quiet and just large enough for family of 5. We appreciated the provision of toaster during our stay and staff were very helpful.
A lack of fresh air as there were no windows that could be opened. The sitting area was uncomfortable. The couch in our room was broken as you basically sank into a hole when you sat in it.

Spacious room and very near the Ueno station. I was a tad worried about the sound of the train reading the other reviews but it was barely noticeable. Room is really spacious with a nice layout.

Spacious room with kitchenette.
Toilet is separated from the bathroom which was inconvenient as you had to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands. There should be a small washing basin to wash hands in the toilet. Walk from Ueno station is about 15mins. With heavy luggage it's quite a challenge.

The staffs are friendly. The room is spacious in Tokyo area. Its great for my family of 5 to stay in the same room. There is a convenient shop about 5mins away.
