The home had a very cosy luxury feel, like the perfect family home. Large home spread over 2 floors. Very clean. There was an instruction manual with guided you through how to use everything. Little touches like spare toothbrushes, toothpaste was provided. Was close enough to the station but also on a quiet street so was peaceful.

Luxury house gave us a beautiful place in which to explore from. All of our family enjoyed the different spaces, the real world experience with the location yet proximity to Shibuya. The bathroom, kitchen and amount of space were highlights as was the heated flooring. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this wonderful house on our return to Tokyo.
Everything was of a very high standard, so it’s hard to say anything was a problem.

Easy check in, very clear and thorough instructions. House was spacious and quite clean. Hot tub bath was nice. Great location.
House was overall clean though one of toilets may have been missed by housekeeping. Was cold to go to the bathroom at night because the bathroom is not en suite so I only kept the heat on in the bedroom.

This was an excellent choice for our large group, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host provided clear directions with multiple options for reaching the house, which was conveniently located near several convenience stores, a supermarket, chain restaurants (perfect for big groups), and even a Uniqlo! The house itself was spacious, with a generous family room for hanging out, a well-equipped and stocked kitchen, and a helpful manual in both English and Chinese. We especially loved the oversized bathtub, which made for incredibly relaxing baths. I highly recommend staying here!
It would have been more helpful to have had a more detailed guide on garbage segregation. Additionally, the location being outside the Yamanote Line made some trips slightly longer than expected.

Our check-in was very smooth. Instructions were given right after I made the booking. The house itself is so nice, very spacious and good for a family. I love that the kitchen is well equipped and all supplies are sufficient. Location is walkable to the station and there is a supermarket nearby.

Clean, everything worked, stocked up with supplies, it was really great place to be after long day out in Tokyo. Its location is perfect and close to station and convenience stores.
The futon i ended up on was well used - very clean - but a lump right in the middle.

Location was right nearby convenient store, supermarket, Uniqlo, subway, and some awesome restaurants.
Neighborhood is very quiet and easy to navigate.
The house contains all the amenities as described and clean. We really appreciate the house to have a baby crib and baby-proof.
The light in some part of the house kept flicking and the lock in the first floor bathroom is loose, other than that we really liked the house!

This was the perfect base camp for exploring Tokyo. Close to the metro, fun neighborhood to explore, new and updated appliances, and plenty of space. Would recommend, and would stay again!
There was only one childcare on the main floor, another one would have truly protected and made us as parents be able to relax.

Convenient location, only a few minutes' walk from Komazawa-daigaku station on the Den-en-toshi line, which is a few stops from Shibuya. Close to Komazawa Olympic Park, which is good for running.
The apartment had everything we needed and much more besides. It was clean, large, and very comfortable for our group of five.
The house is in a quiet residential area but close to shops and restaurants.
The second bedroom (double futon on the raised tatami) is not partitioned from the living room, which means little privacy from the rest of the house.

Such a great spot during our travels in Tokyo, clean house, lots of room, and in a good location near the subways! I would definitely come back I loved the neighborhood!
