Location, location, location. A few minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Staff was very helpful and kind, rooms are clean and breakfast buffet was delicious. I'll definitely be back in the near future.

The location was amazing!! Perfect to be in the action and fun of shinjuko but on a quiet road so that you could come back and have a peaceful rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the nespresso machine in lobby and laundry facilities. It was a perfect spot for my daughter and I to explore shinjuko.

A very conveniently situated hotel, minutes from Shinjuku station but just a little bit out of the craziness of Shinjuku itself! It was actually very nice coming back to the quiet little street after braving the intensity of Shinjuku and the rest of Tokyo. Lovely helpful staff, my room was very clean and comfortable, and there was a convenient store next door for last minute things. walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Location location location! Bus station and Shinjuku station were right on the doorstop which made getting around super easy, and to/from the airport with the bus service.
Tonnes of shops, restaurants, street market food and bars.
Room was small, but probably similar to others in the area.

Good walkable location. Nice clean hotel near the station.
The mattress toppers kept moving, it was really annoying. Constantly adjusting them was a pain.

The hotel is right by Shinjuku station but it's on a side street so it's much quieter. The hotel is beautiful the rooms were bigger than any other I had in Japan. Staff was great very friendly and accommodating. We dropped off our bags without issue and they delivered them to our room before we got back. A little pricy but makes for a nice relaxing end to a long day of exploring Tokyo.
It's a little expensive but you get what you pay for as the room is bigger and nicer than other sized rooms I've stayed at in Japan.

I loved the location. It was really close to the city but far enough without the crowd. Walking distance to everywhere. Love the water filter provided and the bathroom amenities.
The rooms were small but great for just 2 people.

It was quiet, and the bed was a good size. There was also space to lay things on, which was much appreciated.
No significant complaints about the property. But more than one washer and dryer on the floor would be more helpful.

JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku is perfectly located, close-enough to the major attractions of the area, including the massive and busy train station, but far enough removed to be a little-less busy, and quite a lot quieter, which my wife and I appreciated.
The service we received throughout or stay was welcoming, friendly, and efficient.
Thankfully we had booked our stay months in advance, because our stay coincided with the peak weekend of Cherry Blossom season. Rates at Hotel Blossom, and other similar properties were astronomical when we checked (only out of curiosity - based on the highly positive reviews, and "value for money", we weren't going to cancel our Booking.com reservation with JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku).
