The location was perfect. Close to the train station plus very quiet at night. The staff was extremely kind and spoke English which helped me navigate to attractions in the area. The breakfast was hot and very plentiful.
I can’t say anything bad about the property or staff.

We loved how close the hotel was to shingjuku station. Such a welcoming modern hotel. Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel. It is fantastic. Rooms quiet, beds super comfy and rooms are spacious enough for Japan.

Centrally located, lots of dining and shopping options.
This hotel is a serious fire hazard. During my stay, all of the emergency exits were locked, which is extremely dangerous and potentially illegal. In the event of a fire or other emergency, guests could have been trapped with no safe way out. I was shocked that such a basic safety requirement was ignored. Management needs to address this immediately before someone gets hurt.

location is good, staff is friendly. Was traveling out from this hotel to Mount fuji and i needed my ticket for the bus ride to be printed. Was asking the staff where can i print the documents instead they ask me to send them the document help me print out. Super Thankful.

Location was excellent. Less than 10 min walk to get to Shinjuku Station and easy access from there to Kyoto and around Tokyo. The breakfast was excellent - both food and staff. Room size was comfortable.

Highly recommend Kyushu Blossom - I have found my go-to hotel in Tokyo. Location is great; minutes from Shinjuku station and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are very modern; I like the water cooler on every floor. The staff is excellent and extremely hospitable. We had an incident where someone in my party left his retainers in the room upon checkout. When we returned to the hotel for our second leg in Tokyo, the staff searched tirelessly for the retainers, and when they were not able to retrieve it, compensated us for the cost of replacements. (They had a photo of it from our previous stay - that it was found by housekeeping) This was unexpected and so much appreciated. The staff has definitely gone above and beyond. Apart from this incident, the staff were great at recommending restaurants and also keeping our luggage while we checked out for a couple of days to stay at Disneyland. Major kudos to Kyushu Blossom. I am a forever fan

Some might consider the room small, but that's Tokyo! Didn't hamper our trip or stay at all.
