The breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. Huge selection, all of it delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
The bidet wasn’t operating correctly. Without getting too graphic, it “missed its intended target” and required some manipulation to use. Minor problem though.

I love the hotel, the location, and the convenience to the activities I had scheduled in Tokyo. The rooms were fairly new, comfortable, and met all of my needs. I wish there was more amenities such as a lounge i could access or better conceirge services
A list of things: 1). No one to help you with your bags. 2). To enjoy breakfast you buy at the front desk which can lead to lines instead of paying at the restaurant. 3). Very weak concierge services, unable to recommend any good restaurants in the area other than to hand you a print out of shops that serve food in the area. Every time I asked, I was told to eat in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was fair at best. If you go to enjoy breakfast, no one wants room service eggs or cold hot entries. Very little care was put into making sure the food was fresh and hot. For $20 USD, I would have expected a higher quality of service. The front desk kept sending me to this restaurant for one of the best meals in Tokyo. Based on my breakfast experience, it wouldn't make the top 10,000. Thankfully, I did some of my own research and found a few good options near by. The front desk is not very strong on recommendation, there isn't a concierge and no one to assist with the bags or other amenities you would expect with the hotel and the price you pay for a room. Overall he hotel itself was great, but the hotel front desk staff left a lot to be desired.

Blossom was a very nice hotel in the heart of Shinjuku! This side of Shinjuku is much more guiet than the east /north part of the station, almost surprisingly guiet. One can still find nice restaurants close by and only within 5-10 minute walk in the Shinjuku area. You can find Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel and 7Eleven and Family mart also within a close walk. Shinjuku station with metro, shops etc are very close and one can get to huzzle of Kabukicho etc within 10 minutes. Room was smallish, yet bigger than most hotels in central Tokyo. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well and it was very quiet. Breakfast is nice buffet with option to order omlette etc. We stayed here first 3 nights, then travelled to Hakone for 1 night and returned for another 4 nights. Hotel stored our bigger luggage during our visit to Hakone so we only took backbags. Hotel offers also option to deliver luggage directly to the airport (we did not use it). PErsonnel is very helpful and polite with good english !
During our 2nd stay the booking did not include breakfast so we paid 2750 yen per person per day. We found this quite expensive compared to the overall price level of restaurants etc. A bit more variety for the breakfast would be nice, now it was exactly the same every morning, eg selection of fruits could be a bit wider

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The location was excellent, very convenient and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy.The room size was comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which we appreciated. Customer service was also great; most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In terms of cleaning, the hotel uses an eco-cleaning approach. Most days, housekeeping would refresh towels and replace amenities like shampoo and toothbrushes, and about twice during our stay they did a full room cleaning, including the bed. This might feel a bit unusual for American or European travelers who are used to daily full service, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.
The only downside was the bed setup, it felt like a mattress placed on top of another mattress, and it would shift around quite a bit, which wasn’t the most comfortable.

Closely located to the massive Shinjuku train station. About 10-15 min walk to the busier parts of Shinjuku. The street the hotel is on was really calm, at seemingly all times of day.
