Wonderful
Breakfast was great, with a lot of options. They also offer traditional Japanese breakfast served in a separate room, which was pleasant surprise once we got there. Rooms were comfortable, despite the small size.

Very Good
The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean, with modern Japanese style interior and all necessary amenities. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed free massage chairs. Location is good, close to the metro station, but keep in mind it's a quiet area, with few restaurants around and not much of a nightlife.
Wifi was very slow in our room, we had to use our mobile. Breakfast was good, but bit pricey for what it offered.

Property was clean, have the rights amenities for the price. Also the facilities were up kept, staff was really polite and helpful. Very quiet neighborhood yet there are many options to eat. A JR station 3 min walk, and 7 min walk to a subway. I would definitely stay there again.
I would say the hotel needs a proper bar ( just IF YOU want an aperitif before going to bad or just chill) there are no proper bars around the property.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. I was very unsure about luggage forwarding but the staff explained out it worked and got everything done for me. Location was great for the first few nights in Tokyo, it was a quiet part of town but close to a subway station to get you where you needed to go! The hotel itself was beautiful and extremely clean, would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is located within minutes of subway station and is well connected. The hotel has a zen like feel to it and the relaxation room serving afternoon tea and coffee adds to its calming atmosphere. Both the Japanese breakfast and the buffet were delicious and plenty. We loved the fabulous massage chairs. Our room was super clean and good size on higher floor with a view. Beds were super comfortable. The staff were specially welcoming , friendly and most helpful with all our questions. We will stay here again when back in Tokyo.

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable clean and conveniently located 5 minutes from the subway station. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options. The hotel offers Japanese and Western style Breakfast options. We tried only the Western style and it was terrific.

Overall this hotel is really great. What is super: - breakfast is very delicious - cosmetics is nice - there are nice tea in the evening Very helpful staff.
Rooms are super small. Next time I would choose bigger room. No place even to open the suitcase. Location is not super great for 1st visit Tokyo. But overall very convenient. If price would be good, will stay next time.

So peaceful and beautiful with the gardens and rooftop spaces. Loved the convenience of the metro station nearby and how quiet the neighborhood was. The Japanese restaurant was fantastic! One of my favorite meals during our trip!

Magazine-worthy design with several gardens/relaxation areas throughout the property and two restaurants. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's a bit of respite in a busy city. It's walking distance to the Imperial Palace and Koishikawa Korakuen Garden.
The room had lots of amenities except lotion, which is pretty standard at most hotels.

We booked a larger room and it was indeed spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
The breakfast, both Japanese and western, were disappointing. Also, on booking the hotel advertised a large discount on the rates. I have my doubts that this is actually a real discount. Even at the discounted rate, it was not the best value for money I had in Tokyo. These are minor inconveniences. The hotel was really nice and we would be happy to stay there again.

Lovely property, great rooms, slept so well! Excellent bathrooms with the best heated toilets and a great shower/bath tub. The second floor with complimentary afternoon tea and massage chairs was very nice
Would’ve been 10/10 if it had an onsen. But the bathtub was really nice!
