Front desk staff was good.
Room was too small not worth $---If I remember right when booked the hotel it says it's a 3.5 star hotel which is totally wrong.I would rate it was 2 star hotel.MyStay hotel in Haneda vey close to Haneda Airport where we went was 3.5 star.

Arrived after 11pm and had to change rooms twice because of some weird, loud noise the a/c or some other electrical (?) source was making inside the rooms.

No breakfast included. Location was exceptional!
Minor maintenance issues with the two bed lamps and a piece of the toilet seat broke off. We didnt report it but it wasnt fixed in our 9 days there. Toilet had bad urine smell.
