Wonderful
We had a stunning view of Tokyo Skytower from our 11th floor room - WOW!! This was the smallest room of our Japan trip, but the bathroom was big in comparison. The location is on a side street in the Asakusa area of Tokyo. We were walking distance to a slew of amazing craft shops, street food, restaurants and temples so we spent a lot of time there. When we did want to visit other areas, the subway station was only steps away - and there's a direct express line to Haneda airport. A bit pricey, but that's Tokyo during high season.
It was a very small room so the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side making it difficult to get in and out. The filter blinds were broken and the bright hall light was on a sensor.

Wonderful
Clean room and easy to access. They have all the toiletries you might have forgotten to pack. Staff are helpful and made us feel welcomed.
Close to main tourist attractions and the night market for food.

Fair
First want to thank staff for supporting getting a parcel sent to the hotel.
The location is very good close to metro and main Asakusa attractions
I know that rooms are small in Tokyo, but if you are a couple or big people this s not for you for a long stay.
The corridor light is being turned off automatically while i m still there and using it, which is terrible and non-sense , this is not how you save cost.
The provided towels are small, no bathrobe, they only clean once in 4 days ( i wouldnt ask daily cleaning anyway but for your info)
They change towels daily so it s fine but the nulber is limited, if you use 2 for hair and 2 big after shower as couple, you ll struggle.
TV is old, no youtube no Netflix option
Big space is taken by the side desk and fridge, could be used better
No wardrobe, so you ll end up with clothes on the floor
The room is 3 stars at best.

Good
Location is very good, and staff were really helpful.
The room is a bit small, and the bed of double room is barely to fit for the family with a little child although when one searched through booking and its advertisement says it's a room for 2 adults and 1 kid. The hotel is very responsible to add a baby gate to avoid any falling risk of child by request. However, the double bed actually is not big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. If the couch in the room could be extended or could be set up as a sofa bed which would be more comfortable. Quite understand that the room doesn't have enough space to cope with extended settings.

Very Good
Nice very clean hotel just a block or two from the main gate area of Senso-ji Temple. Very easy check in/out and a friendly staff. Good room size and nice wet room with large tub. Room upgrade with high floor and Skytree view was worth it in my opinion.
The mattress in this hotel was very firm.

Location was great and so was the staff, they were very helpful in assisting us with directions to get us around
Bed was a bit hard and room small but a wonderful bathroom. Not a lot of room to move around but we only slept there and the facilities and staff were great
