The location is very good. Central to most attractions, food and shops in Asakusa, and right next to the train station! Room was quite spacious and has a nice hot tub you can soak in after walking around in Japan. Staff was friendly and helped me out in looking for laundry service and booking taxi. Loved the pajamas they provided.

The room was bigger than I expected, the location was excellent, the toiletries were perfect, everything i needed! There price was great for having everything i could need. I will definitely stay here again!!

The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. Also loved the Dyson hair dryer.

The hotel was in a very central location. The staff was nice, helpful and check in was easy. My family and I had everything we needed for our 3 day stay.

Location was excellent! Train just a couple blocks away. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We even took the train for a quick ride to Tokyo Tower! Perfect for our stay in Asakusa. The staff were helpful. Easy check in and out. Rooms were spotless clean for us. Loved the black out curtains. Both our suitcases fit in a family room with one queen and a single bed. 2 of us and this size was perfect.
Beds were firmer than our liking. But surprisingly, we did sleep very well.

Very well situated so close to Senso-ji and well connected to other parts of Tokyo. The room itself is spacious
The bed in the corner, missed having both sides to be free and with night stand. This was one person needs to sleep in the "corner"

Excellent location in Asakusa, just a few steps from the metro, from SensoJi Temple, and many restaurants and convenience stores. Easy access to the Skytree. Rooms were bigger than average for a central hotel in Tokyo. Easy and quick access to Haneda airport by car and train.
Staff at check-in forgot to provide the breakfast vouchers so they didn't allow us into breakfast, even though it had been paid on the booking.com reservation. You absoluteley need the vouchers. As with most of the mid-size hotels in Tokyo, there is no restaurant or additional facilities in the hotel, but you will hardly need them in this neighborhood.
