Location. Short walk from everything. No hustle and bustle of a large hotel. Enjoyed the Japanese-style bathing area.
A bit cramped, even for just two of us. Difficult to manage luggage. Could have used more space in the sink area.

The breakfast was limited and just average for a buffet. I chose to eat out instead of the buffet after trying it once. My kids do not like the options and pancake was too sweet.

Comfortable and convenient. Very close to the train and a minute walk from many vendors selling all sorts of food and material goods.
It takes a moment to get used to the room especially if you are from the US. But that's because excess is a cultural trademark (in my humble opinion). However, the hotel provides everything needed and I was quite happy with my temporary home for 7 full days!

Location very strategic, near asakusa station, there are lots of konbini nearby, room are quite spacious, bathroom with bath tub. Hotel provide everything you need, staffs are so helpful as well! Will comeback to stay here again on my next visit to japan

Great location, staff was very friendly. I loved that they had a specific website with local recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.
Of all the hotels we stayed in during our three week trip, this breakfast buffet was the most disappointing. There seemed to be less variety than the others.

We got stuck with a canceled flight and they were able to accommodate a very last minute reservation. We had an issue with our room and they were able to move us immediately to a new room. They were happy to hold our luggage on both ends - before checking in and after checking out.
Felt like a business hotel for a 4-star hotel, but the price was a great value for the location.

Unfriendly staff, rooms were so dusty that it gave us respiratory issues whenever we were in the room. You could see the flakes of dust flying around in the light.
