Wonderful
We loved its convenient location to Shinjuku Station. The room was large and comfortable. Shopping and food options were very close to the hotel.

This hotel is located in a very busy area close by to the South entrance of Shinjuku Station. Honestly, for the price I didn't feel like this hotel was worth it. The room was seemed outdated and I found the bed uncomfortable, which led to not sleeping so great for the 5 nights I was here. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included considering the price. The breakfast bar is an additional 3,800 yen. It's a little noisy at nights here.
I didn't like the bed at all. I couldn't really get a good nights sleep to my standards. The bathroom/shower was on the small side as well. I kept hearing weird noises at night that sounded like plumbing flushing down the walls.

The staff does not help with moving luggage to/from the room! There are no water bottles in the room! The TV is not smart.

Location is perfect and walking distance from Shinjuku station. 7-11 convenience store is on the ground floor. Lots of eateries nearby. Cleanliness and housekeeping service of the room is excellent. Room size is huge for a Japan standard. The view from your room window is awesome.

The location is great - very close to Shinjuku station. Another bonus is the Airport Limousine Bus goes right there. The rooms are fine and the staff is very helpful.
You can't buy coffee unless you buy the full expensive breakfast, but you can buy coffee at the 7/11 downstairs or go down the street to a coffee shop. Also the bar closes at 8:00pm???

Service was lovely and the sushi restaurant was excellent. The staff are wonderful and helped us with the delivery of our suitcases to the next destination. The view from the room was nice too.
It's just not worth the money compared to other hotels we visited - by far the most expensive we had and compared to something like the cross hotel and their quality it's just not worth it. The room felt quite outdated.
