The hotel staff was exceptional from the time we checked in until we left. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was such a warm feeling from the staff and the hotel. Also appreciated the clerks for helping to send out luggage to our next hotel.

The hotel staff was fantastic. They were accommodating and so helpful when we needed help translating. The shuttle service to the Disney train line was very convenient, so we could plan our day at Disney to maximize it. The amenities were very useful as well.

The facility is kid friendly and the staff is really thoughtful. I like that they have lots of amenities for kids. Really recommend for family trip with kids to stay here.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. Appreciated the high quality soaps and lotion, the many amenities available in the lobby and the courteous staff. Also the foot massage machine was a wonder after a long day at Disney Sea

The property was so welcoming and the room was clean! They also do shuttle for free to Disney line! They also provide foot massager as well as shoe dryer! Foot massager was nice after walking all day!

They have a strategic location for travelers going to Disney, they provide a shuttle bus that takes you directly to Maihama station. Staff is very friendly and responsive.
