Very Good
The inclusive drinks and food were a great bonus after a long day at Disney.
The free shuttle drop off and pick up for Disney was a lifesaver for families.
The clothes drier did not get hot, It took all night to dry a load of washing and at 200y for 20min made it very expensive.

Room was very clean, and offered breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
Room was quite small, basically like a cruise ship. The free Disney shuttle only took you to a metro stop, not to the park, so it was easier for us to just take a cab.

Great location. We walked around the area and found restaurants, convenience stores and the mall. The breakfast was simple and delivered. The shuttle to Disney was perfect!!!! On time and easy to use and included in the stay. The train station is also close for easy access to the city!
Confusion with staff about luggage transfer. The staff member sent us down the road but because of the language barrier was not helpful. We did figure it out by going to the 7/11 nearby.

Great location for an interim stay while we travelled towards a disney hotel. It was so nice I wish we had an extra night to explore the area a little more. The dinosaur themeing was fun and silly, and the room came with an unexpectedly large bathroom and a clothes steamer! Didn't get up early enough to enjoy the included breakfast before catching the complimentary bus to maihama station, but it was nice to have the option. The hotel lobby and "receptionists" were also decorated for Halloween!
Beds were a true twin size rather than the slightly larger single I'd come to expect from a Japanese hotel, but still very comfortable. I can see how there wouldnt be enough space for families in the room type we booked

Location to train station was great. Disney Shuttle simplified our travel. Breakfast and snack time was appreciated and very convenient.
We wish that breakfast menu was varied.

This hotel goes above and beyond with amenities! The LG styler was cool and useful for ironing my clothes. Having breakfast included was worth it, as they have a full spread of delicious food, and at night time the bar was fully free and had 10 different kinds of liquor as well as a soda machine to mix drinks! They also had a shaved ice machine with 4 different syrups you could add! I never ended up doing it, but you can also rent a VR headset for 1000¥.
Being checked in and greeted every morning by animatronic dinos was lovely, and the free shuttle bus to Disneyland got us there before they opened! I would recommend going on a weekday as we were able to get on some rides with very low wait time.
The TV had the HDMI input displayed in the top right corner and was difficult to figure out how to turn it off It wasn't until my wife translated the remote that she found the one button that would get rid of it. I tried turning the TV off and on, unplugging the tv, and pushing a bunch of random buttons, but I couldn't find it. It would be helpful to have a guide to the remote that addresses this as it was not straightforward to solve.

Breakfast is fantastic. It's a lovely spread of delicious food. The dinosaurs at the front desk are super neat (and multilingual!)
The rooms run small, so be prepared for that. The room was very clean. There just wasn't much space for luggage.

The lounge was very convenient when open! It was great to have a place to get a snack and free drink. Also plenty of free amenitiesin the lobby!
Easy to find from the station, w several convenience stores nearby. Restaurants next to the station and a few near the hotel.
The room was a tad smaller than expected. Booked a double; it had 2 twin beds pushed together. The staff told me it was the same classification of room and offered to separate the beds. For our trip and the price, I decided that would work out but more room would've been better.

Whenever I come to Tokyo this is where I stay with my boy. The dinosaurs are cute but more than that, the location is awesome with the train station just a short walk, a park being right across the street, and the amenities. The shuttle bus to and from Disneyland, the breakfast is good, the snack and drinks available for free is all a major plus.
