Check in experience was great. Received an email prior for pre-reqs to check in. Did that online and received a QR Code to just scan at the counter when we got in. As soon as we got in, scanned the QR Code and received our hotel rooms cards and receipt instantly. Our room was on the small side but still manageable. We stayed here last year and had another family member with us and had a bigger room though. Regardless, cleanliness of our room during our stay was great. We loved the bfast our reservation came with, as well as the "cafe" hours where you can go in and get some drinks and cookies, this was really convenient when leaving or coming back to the hotel before you head to your room. Location was great, it's about a 5 minute walk away from the train station. Although the main reason why we booked this hotel was that it has bus services to drop off and pick up guests to Disney, we didn't get to utilize that as we missed the window for drop off because we overslept lol. We decided to just take public transportation by bus and train to Disney which wasn't bad still. Took a taxi going back which ended up being around $30-40USD (cant remember). Regardless, I would overall recommend this hotel to anyone.
Although the free breakfast came with the reservation, we stayed here for 4 nights and eating the same thing every morning got tiring, but can't complain as it was part of the reservation. Rooms are on a smaller side but that is just Japan for you, over all it's a great place!

Great location. We walked around the area and found restaurants, convenience stores and the mall. The breakfast was simple and delivered. The shuttle to Disney was perfect!!!! On time and easy to use and included in the stay. The train station is also close for easy access to the city!
Confusion with staff about luggage transfer. The staff member sent us down the road but because of the language barrier was not helpful. We did figure it out by going to the 7/11 nearby.

Wonderful
Great location for an interim stay while we travelled towards a disney hotel. It was so nice I wish we had an extra night to explore the area a little more. The dinosaur themeing was fun and silly, and the room came with an unexpectedly large bathroom and a clothes steamer! Didn't get up early enough to enjoy the included breakfast before catching the complimentary bus to maihama station, but it was nice to have the option. The hotel lobby and "receptionists" were also decorated for Halloween!
Beds were a true twin size rather than the slightly larger single I'd come to expect from a Japanese hotel, but still very comfortable. I can see how there wouldnt be enough space for families in the room type we booked

Came here for dinosaurs like most people. Did not get dissappinted. The neighborhood honestly surprise us in a good way, there are free park, near many stores like don quijote, aeon, daiso, there's also mall and many restaurant that easily accessible. Very accessible from the train station, only 3 minutes, and of course the shuttle to disneySea! Help us save a bit on the travel there. Easy pre check in, check in and check out.
And for our case we even have a special request on sending our luggage early and they have fast response and confirmation for us via the email channel. It help us using yamato to send it from osaka.
Free cookies and alcohol at afternoon and night! Amazing value that helps satisfy our craving for sweets and a little fun at the hotel.
Even though it looks like there are no staff, when we have problems, their staff response time is amazing and handle our problems quickly
Overall a great experience and definitely will be back for more Henn Na Experience!
Breakfast get kinda boring after 2 - 3 days because it stays the same throughout our stay, I hope it can change a little bit on side dish in the future. But staffs are very kind and warm that make us eat there everyday. Thank you

Disappointing
The hotel was close to Disney Land, with a free shuttle bus that helped us take a break from the busy public transport after walking all day. The free breakfast was good with the curry being nice but I would prefer having other options as stated below. It was within close walking distance to a station and a mall as well as a don quijote which was handy.
1. Rooms were very small and we hated the size especially when our luggage was open- good for backpackers with little baggage, which, be real, who goes to Japan with a backpack... The price for our room was honestly a bit too much considering the space we had, and the LG styler could have been removed for extra room.
2. Breakfast menu - could have had bread option and a toaster for those people that don't eat curry or salad first thing in the morning. The eating room also was really busy early in the morning which I understand nothing can really be done and there was a lot of plastic used; trays were plastic, cutlery was plastic and cups were plastic. This generates so much waste compared to only offering plastic as a take away option and just utilizing dishes and a dishwasher.
3. The bed was so close to the wall that I dropped my phone and stressed out because I could not reach it and struggled to get it out. The beds should not be sandwiched so close to the wall. The temperature in the room was so hot and it was unable to be controlled or changed, which made us suffocate and constantly keep the window slightly ajar - because we could'nt open it fully.
4. They didn't actually offer a room service such as changing the dirty dishes, only making the beds as they believed it would waste water? But if only they invested in a dishwasher where they could save water instead of having us customers have to rinse out and "waste" water to clean our own cups.

This hotel has minimal interaction with actual people. Which ended up being okay because the check-in/out process was exceptionally easy. And the 2 dinosaurs that are there to greet you were quite helpful and cute. The daily breakfast provided is included in the price and was more than enough to get you going for your day. Our purpose for staying here was because it provided a shuttle to the train/bus station directly across the street from the Disney resorts. This made it easy to get back and forth.
This hotel does not provide luggage transportation service. We had to go down the street to the Familymart with our large suitcase.

The room was functional and well furnished. It was also great to have breakfast included and some snacks in the afternoon, the breakfast was Japanese so expect rice, curry and a salad bar. We enjoyed starting the day with a warm meal, however we would have appreciated some cookies (or bread) offered in the morning too. The shuttle to Disneyland was so convenient, we took it in the morning and to come back and after a long day it was fantastic not having to think how to get back to the hotel. The self check-in was easy and the staff was helpful keeping our luggages before check-in.
Everything was great for us, especially for Disneyland. The hotel was also well connected to Tokyo station via subway, however I am not sure if this would be the best choice if you are planning to explore other areas of Tokyo.

Overall stay as a tourist was good. Check-in and check-out was easy and in English on the machines. The lobby is great as well as the included breakfast for the cost of the stay was decently great. Location is amazing, 5min walking to train station, 30-45 min on train to main city attractions, very close to convenience stores. Bedroom cleaning on point with a good restroom, they give you a robe, slippers and hygiene basics for free, greatly appreciated. Overall great stay for the price, would recommend to other tourists. We loved the dinosaurs and decoration at the lobby.
Beds were hard which was our only real concern, pillows were soft however. Obviously the rooms are small but that's a given and you know before booking.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Some free toiletries and pajamas was a great extra! The breakfast and cocktail time were so delicious and fun. I wanted to stay here my whole trip! It was always nice having the dinosaurs check us in.
I think the shuttle times could be earlier or more frequent.

The self check in and check out were very efficient - fast and convenient. Everything can be easily understood and followed. The bus service to and from Disney resort maihama station is super convenient! Hotel is customer friendly. :)

The inclusive drinks and food were a great bonus after a long day at Disney.
The free shuttle drop off and pick up for Disney was a lifesaver for families.
The clothes drier did not get hot, It took all night to dry a load of washing and at 200y for 20min made it very expensive.

Room was very clean, and offered breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
Room was quite small, basically like a cruise ship. The free Disney shuttle only took you to a metro stop, not to the park, so it was easier for us to just take a cab.
