Friendly staff. They gave us recommendations on where to eat for breakfast, on our first day, which was comforting.
Room a little smaller than expected meant luggages struggled to fit in the front part of the room

The hotel was very clean and the receptionist was very nice and friendly
The room and the space around the hotel were quite limited. We booked a room for 3 room people but the space was really only for sleep after we lay out the futon (we are 3 petite girls and we still feel cramped ahaha) but other than that everything was good.

Great combination of modern facilities and Japanese style rooms, the hotel is beautifully designed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic bakery nearby for breakfast, the whole residential neighbourhood is really very nice and relaxed.

Very good value.
Quiet Area with yummy bakery and grocery stores in walking distance.
Laundromat opposite accommodation so easy to wash and dry clothing.
Well equipped communal kitchen/dining area. Good for people like us with a baby. Washed-up bottles etc.
The whole experience was exceptional from the time we arrived to when we left. The only request we would have is that a baby bed/cot could be available.

Amazingly helpful staff, and excellent location!
Easy 10min walk to Nippori station which is on the Yamanote train line making it super easy to get to all the popular tourist locations without having to switch trains.
Set in a semi-residential area its only a 1-2min walk to laundromat, FamilyMart, supermarkets and gorgeous coffee shop/bakery.
Rooms are snug by Western standards but more than enough space for essentials even though we had 4 people to a room, and there is a small shared kitchen for guest use next to the reception area which was nice to sit in and have a cuppa in the evenings.
24hr check-in, staff have great English and were always ready to help in any way they could.
Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for small families with little ones - no worries about falling off bed and room to crawl around and play! The rooms were very clean, well proportioned, and homely. Futons and pillows were comfy. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. A short (8-9 minutes) walk from a main train station, where you get to experience walking through a quiet family neighbourhood was an unexpected positive. Supermarket, laundromat, and a great bakery within a 2 minute walk. One of the best places we have stayed at in our travels - I highly recommend this place.

It was our first time in Japan, and as soon as we walked in the front door (tired after more than 18 hours of travelling) we felt at home. we appreciated the minimal and modern style but with a touch of traditionality of our room, the very kind and friendly staff (as if they were our family in short), and the lounge with the possibility of consuming our food and chatting with the other guests. the lounge above all, due to the presence of a kitchenette, fridge, microwave and free coffee and tea, was very useful.
we liked everything, only the bathroom: it was quite compact and had little space to move around.

Bigger room than others in Tokyo. It is very easy to go to/from the airport. The station is less than a 10 min walk. Very clean, not just the rooms, but the common areas (which are very well equipped). The staff was very nice, helpful and caring.
Hurts to write this since the overall experience was good, but I think it's important. This detail is what makes my score go down. There were external staff that needed to access our room for A/C maintenance. When we were back, we were missing some food we left on the counter. Fortunately, nothing valuable was missing and the hotel staff replaced everything. It still made us feel a little creeped out.
