Very clean and tidy. Neatly labeled amenities and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Room was great! Overall good stay
As a foreigner, the public baths were a little uncomfortable. It was a little bit uncomfortable bathing with other people. There were also times when I would come in and the people inside would suddenly laugh, though I am not sure if they were laughing at me or something else. It took a little bit of getting used to. Also can hear people from the room beside us even though we had a private capsule

Nicer than normal capsule hotel, with a perfectly clean and adequate sento in the basement. Standard Japanese beds (a little hard for some people). Very accurate description and photos, as well.
No real food, nor areas to socialize in. The vending machine situation was also a little lacking, especially for Japan.

Great location in the heart of Akihabara, next to Don Quijote and many other game, manga and anime shops. The JR station is just a few steps away.
Nothing in particular.

The location was excellent, being just off of the main street of Akihabara. The bed was pristine and quite comfortable.
Since the beds are in close proximity to each other I was disturbed a few times in the middle of the night by other guests coming and going.

There was always an English speaking staff either at the front desk of very close by.
Men's shower didn't have conditioner. :( But the safe was happy enough to go to the women's floor and grab some for me. :)

Staff and services were unmatched. This place is more expensive than most capsule hotels, but the quality of services absolutely match and exceed the higher cost! Capsule itself is of reasonable size and with a genuinely nice mattress. Nothing insanely good, but way better than capsules usually provide. It even has a TV inside. Cleaning services are optional and non-intrusive, so you can sleep undisturbed if you spent a whole night singing karaoke and need sleep in until the afternoon. The lockers are surprisingly big - but not big enough to fit my extra-large baggage (brought to fit in my Akihabara shopping!). The good bit is how helpful and willing the staff are to keep your luggage in a huge rack downstairs. Each bit of luggage is given a lock with a pin only you know, so it's actually really secure! Much better than other capsules I have stayed in which suggest just leaving luggage sitting outside your capsule all day (not very secure!). Security is important to glansit it seems, as you ned your wrist-band to use the elevator and access certain floors. You even give your wrist-band back to reception every time you go out so its safe with them for your return. Perfect for a worry-wart like me. Also, the bath is public to all the men. So lots of people walking around naked in the mens bath. Keep that in mind if it isn't your thing. But I say you should just give it a try, you're in Japan after all and the bath's hot temperature was a huge comfort after a cold day of exploring. I highly recommend glansit if you can afford to pay a little more for capsule hotels! Still way cheaper than most hotels, but they are proof you can stay in a capsule hotel with ease, comfort, and security on your side!
I don't know who decided carpeted bathrooms were a good idea. Theyre awful. Walking into the toilet area and feeling the carpet stick to my slipper and peel off when I moved was really awful. Speaking for the men's toilets at least. Bathrooms and locker rooms in general felt needlessly squished and cramped. Bringing even smaller luggage to my locker was a challenge at times. Renovations to those services/areas are probably needed.
