Location is perfect to explore Tokyo (close to metro and JR stations). Rooms were exceptionally clean and breakfast gave a taste of a Japanese kitchen (served from 6.30 am). Staff was ultra friendly and helpful.
For European standards, a double-bed was a bit small (but super comfortable). Also bathroom was tiny (but extra clean).

Great facilities & clean rooms! Nice mix of breakfast options. The hotel reception staff were very responsive via the chat, incredibly helpful and accomodating. They also held Sumo wrestling tickets that were shipped direct to the hotel. Would highly recommend

The hotel was in a very convenient area . You can find many small family mart , 7-11, and also very close to many subways. The hotel was very nice and the staff were very kind and helpful. Overall an awesome experience. Will stay here when I come to Tokyo again

The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was a buffet style mix of Japanese and American breakfast items. The bathroom was so great, and left a wonderful impression on us (as this was our first stay while in Japan). The room was perfectly clean and I loved cracking the window open to let a breeze in when we wanted. The staff were so kind and were keen to make sure things were clean and ready for guests.
Nothing was amiss, it was an excellent stay. Simply know that your room will likely be much smaller than what you might be used to (at least in the United States).

Good breakfast, helpful and attentive staff
We booked through Booking 2 rooms for 5 guests (2 adults and 3 kids). We were clear that we get beds for 5 guests, but each room had only a twin bed. We had to add money to move into a room with two beds for the kids, which is disappointing. However, the stuff was helpful and the additional price was reasonable.

It was good size for me and all the facilities in the room were also alright!
Im used to have microwave in my room, however I learnt that in Japan the microwave isnt in the rooms and at the end of the day I had access to it in the dinning area so I was okay with that
