Thought the hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Really liked the breakfast.

The location is good. The neighborhood is quite and it is easily accessible by metro. Room is clean and comfortable. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Amazing staff and easy check-in.

I enjoyed the proximity to one of the JR stations as well as the rotating breakfast
The rooms were not very comfortable additionally the toilets in the room were especially bad for a 3 star hotel. We entered the bathroom and it already smelt like poop. Even throughout a lot of buildup would arise in the side of the bowl which was unpleasant

The staff was very friendly and was very helpful through the check-in process. The rooms were small but nice, only really used it to sleep. Great location to many places to shop and is right next door to a 7-11 for midnight snacks.

We had a great stay. The hotel is located literally next to JR station and 7-eleven, also 5 minutes away from metro stations. Staff was polite, always friendly, Okura at the reception was really helpful. The rooms was cleaned everyday. Also theres a washing machine room, where you can wash your clothes for few . At the reception you can find some spare robes, toothbrush, combs, razors.
We stayed for quite long period and I wouldve loved a room with a view. Another thing is maybe some different choices for the breakfast. Overall we loved our stay.

Close to stations, breakfast was lovely although it could do with a slight variation each day but as it stands a really good breakfast. The staff were exceptional and helped with the baggage sending service when we moved on to the next hotel. close enough to walk to skytree and akihabara. Would stay again for sure. . Super comfortable bed, quality shampoo and shower gel provided.
