The cafeteria is flooded with smoking people and the smell is disgusting. The rooms as well have smoke smell

I like everything in this hostel!!! The staff are very friendly. The hostel location is excellent, which is close to ShinBashi station. The best part is that you can get the onsen 24 hours!!!!! and lots of facilities and supplies, way way better than you expect!!! it's really to stay in this hostel, which would make me definitely coming back!!!! You are my number 1 hostel in the world!!

Special accommodation which really worth it to try Included drinks and coffee. Also Rice and instant soup is available. Stuff needed for bath like shampoos, dryer, toothbrush and also comfortavle clothes are included.

Nice staff with lots of amenities super close to the station.

CO2 levels between 1500-3000ppm overnight. Only a small USB fan as climate control. The pull down door/curtain would get stuck in the upper position sometimes. Overflowing trash cans, damage to common area walls.

It has everything u need!, even phone chargers , noise cancellation earplugs , toothbrush, gel , deodorant, free drinks and massage chair !! That's crazy! I have never seen something like this before. A nice warm jacuzzi , clean piyamas, and CHECKOUT AT 12 wow !

Excellent capsule hotel. Perfect location, easy access to public transportation. A great base for tourists visiting Tokyo. You get an authentic Japanese experience in this hotel where you can dive in the local culture with the local guests. Clean and comfortable. They have thought about everything. You don't need to bring anything yourself. You get free unlimited access to food and drinks. Unbeatable value for the money.
