Very Good
The location offers so many excellent amenities, including free drinks, snacks, and breakfast (you could honestly get away with eating 2 full meals there a day!), a sauna, and PJs and toiletries. Relaxing in the onsen at the end of the day was great. The lounge was much bigger with way more chairs and tables than a different capsule hotel I stayed in, so I never had trouble finding a spot. It was also open all day which was a plus, as other capsule hotels seem to close during the day for cleaning.
I would say this is a great capsule hotel to stay in if you want a bit of a spa experience away from the busy city center.
The location was a bit far from the city center and major tourist attractions. The capsules weren't as well insulated as some others I've stayed in, so it was a bit noisier than I expected, but nothing earplugs didn't take care of. Be aware that there are no private shower stalls, only a public shower room, so this may be uncomfortable for guests from certain cultures.

The facilities were great, the free snacks at night were a nice addition and the public bath was relaxing
With only one elevator, travelling between floors gooo some time.

Good
All the products they provide, including the pajamas and towels, are spotless. Everything is exceptionally clean, and drinks are available at all times. The staff is very kind.
I appreciate that it’s a women-only space, but at times more privacy is needed—especially for showering or simply changing clothes. There is only one individual shower, and the water was mostly cold; it was only warm at the beginning. The relaxation room also felt too small for the number of people using it.

Good
The amenities on the 8th and 9th floor are very nice and very nice to have access to beauty and personal products while traveling.
The pods did not have good air flow and you could hear everything around you. I did not expect it to be completely sound proof but the walls of the pods were so thin I could hear everything from people walking past to just moving around in their pods. There is also only one elevator and it took a very long time to use. We looked for stairs and they were locked.

I liked the amenities and the free stuff they offered! No need to bring towels, shampoo, toothbrushes, hair curlers/dryers, they have it all! The first place I stayed at during my Japan trip.
Do note, the shower area is public, aka you will be showering in front of others. Lots of diff shampoos and conditioners though, so it balances out :P
Literally no complaints, everything was good.

Very Good
I liked the food, drinks, bath facility, massage machine, and amenities.
The cubicle was too close to the floor that it was difficult to go in and out.
It seemed unsecured cubicle while being absence of the person as I lost my blouse from it. A bit of disappointment.

Lovely to have 24 hr reception, and some food and drink always available along with the sauna and bath space and massage chairs. Very appreciated
The pod curtains are a bit see through. Wish there had been roof access to be able to go outside.

Wonderful
This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel and I was amazed at all the amenities the hotel provided - pyjamas, a wide selection of toiletries, food, snacks, drinks and even an onsen & sauna. Staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy.
As the hotel is spread out over 9 floors and there's only 1 lift - it took a while to move between floors. It would be nice to have your locker on the same level that you stay on.. so you don't have to keep going down to Level 2. It's good there are stairs to use if you don't want to wait for the lift - but as the stairs are uncovered - they get wet when it rains. But I understand this is Japan and space is limited.

Amazing location and facilities. Complimentary food and drinks. The onsen is luxurious and the beds are very comfortable and private for dorm room style. Plenty of space and well organized. The staff is very helpful.
There is one elevator so plan around the time it takes and the luggage storage and lockers is on a separate floor from the rooms. This was all explained beforehand and totally fine - just be aware.

The safety and cleanliness here is exceptional!! Saw so many women of different ages staying here, in this safe little place. The best thing about this accommodation was the complimentary food, drinks, soup, noodles, toasts, popcorn, massage chairs, books, lounge area, and onsen. Actually, even the staff were pleasant. They were present at the reception 24 hours a day, and even if I had to check-out at 3am, they were there to assist me.
The location might be a little bit too far, especially for this who may need some assistance. There aren’t many convenience stores nearby, and there are no stores open late at night unless you walk over to Shimbashi.

The onsen was really nice to use after a long day of walking, and the provided amenities were so nice! The other guests were very quiet and kind too, so no problem sleeping, getting breakfast, or using the lockers!
The capsule got a little hot at night, even with the air conditioner on in the unit.

There are so many amenities and it’s truly catered toward women with such a wide selection of skincare and hair products. The bathhouse was so relaxing and there was a quiet ambiance even if there were many people around. The lounge had more food options than I expected and the massage chairs were divine after a long day of walking. I only wish I had stayed more than one night.
