This is a beautiful place! We absolutely loved staying here. The room was spacious and beautiful. The view was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond at all times. There are many restaurants/bars in the hotel as well as they have a complimentary "happy hour" every day with snacks and drinks. They even have a tunnel to the subway station beneath the hotel. You will not regret booking here!
We asked to have laundry service, and they did not disclose the price until after it was done. It was VERY expensive. We should have asked before we sent it off to be done but we didn't imagine it would be over $300!

Good location, within striking distance of Roppongi and Ginza areas. Excellent views as its main selling point the welcome lobby is on 51st floor!
Staff very friendly and concierge was especially helpful.
Room is pretty average for the price, they rely on the view doing most of the work. Bit inefficient getting around the hotel having to change between 3 sets of elevators to get into the hotel.. then to room... then to rooftop bar etc
