the front desk clerks are always very helpful always ready to assist and minimal waiting if any
the breakfast food could be a lot better. the spaghetti was serve cold and the scrambled egg was watery.

Great location, right by area with lots of attractions, activities and yet was still quiet and away from hustle and bustle. Staff were awesome!
The bed was hard, I mean real hard and pillows were limited.

The location is in Susukino and near different subway stations, you also have the option to take the Airport Bus to and from the station since there is a convenient bus stop nearby. The breakfast options were great!
The rate we got the hotel was higher than usual since we stayed during the Sapporo Snow Festival, but that also applies to every other hotel in the city during the same period.

The location was good. Very central shopping plus a 8 minute walk to the Tokyo REI hotel for bus pickup (Kokusui and Kiroro Ski Areas). We had a top floor room so no noisy neighbors above us.
Was unable to get a couple of extra pillows as the ones in the room were very small. Will get an inflatable travel pillow for future travel when hotels do not have the option to get an extra pillow. The bathroom had a foul smell. :(

It was very clean and cozy. Room was a decent size and the amenities were consistently replaced. Eco cleaning, which is fine. Laundry facilities made it very convenient to wash our clothes, and the staff is happy to give you change as it does cost 300 yen to wash and 100-200 to dry. It’s located in Susukino very close to shopping and dining that Sapporo is so famous for. Breakfast is very good, it was worth getting the vouchers for every day we were there because they serve it early, from 6:30 am to about 10 am.
Didn’t have any problems here, I thought it was perfect and just what we needed.

Wonderful
The hotel was very comfortable, with a lot of amenities. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, with plenty of space to put your things.
The location is a bit far from the main JR station, but there are options to get there. Also the internet was a bit spotty, sometimes it didn’t work.
