Very Good
We ordered the Golden Package, therefore, all means are arranged. And we get to experience the authentic japanese fine dining.
Location is a bit far away from airport.

Wonderful
Very good decoration with a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. The dinner was fancy and enjoyable.
As a small suggestion, it would be nice if the alcohol serving time at the lounge could be extended until 7:00 pm. The outdoor onsen is a little small, and the hotel entrance can be slightly difficult to find. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very nice and private hotel, clean and lovely room facing the river. The onsen was very nice and comfortable. not crowded at all since i believe only guests were allowed in. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Maybe strange to some others but to us the food even though served to your table and presented immaculately, the taste was not as good as we expected. The price of the hotel is high and did not reflect as much on the Value perceived.

Food is good, hot spring is very good, lounge has a lot of free drinks and snacks. Room is very comfy.
A little short of staff especially at reception, we don’t even have anyone helping us with luggage both arriving and departing.

Beautiful property, comfortable room, free dessert in lounge room. There are also free beer and midnight meal that we didn’t try.
Kaseki breakfast and dinner has lots of food and beautiful presentation, however, appetizers not tasty and soup too salty.

Everything was great, from the room, room size, onsen, food, lounge, and price. The room is spacious compared to many other japanese style room elsewhere and it's also very clean and comfortable. We had the half-board booking and both the dinner and breskfast were extraordinary. Both were kaiseki course meal with all kinds of food locally produced. We had more than enough food. Since we were traveling in a group of a few couples, we found the lounge area and the lounge snacks and drinks to be perfect to accommodate groups. There were honey tasting, beers, and after dinner snacks which were a perfect setting to just chill and hangout. Lastly, the hotel offer shuttle bus back to sapporo in the morning. The location is also good as it is a short walk to the Jozankei small town and to the bus stop.
There was absolutely nothing that we did not like.
