Breakfast was excellent in a small traditional restaurant setting. I ordered the Japanese set which was sufficient tasty and well balanced. Hotel also offered a free shuttle service which takes about 5min to New Chitose Airport.

Great location near the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Shuffle service to the airport was excellent.

One of our 'go to' hotels when needing to stay near Chitose airport. Parking right out front. Great shuttle service. Lovely little (womens) onsen on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. Rooms are small but with comfy beds and soundproof. Walking distance to several good restaurants and fast food (and a mall).
It's great value for money...nothing not to like.

Good location . Near the Chitose Station and an authentic Japanese restaurant . The hotel has GORIRA restaurant that serves good food and beer. We enjoyed the Chitose Salmon Aquarium

Everything went well. I arrived by train from airport and the hotel could easily be found a short walk from the station. Check in fast and efficient. Room was small, typical for Japan, but ver warm, clean and comfortable. Shuttle service back to airport was first class.
For the price, nothing could be faulted.

The free airport shuttle service, but it is only to airport.
Mostly communication brochures are in Japanese only. This hotel appears to be catering mainly to local - do not let the name Queens Hotel deceived you. Although about 10 minutes' walk from JR station, the roads are bumpy and riddled with port holds, difficult for those with travel luggage. Although provide free drink at the lobby, twice we encountered that the coffee machine ran out of water. The restaurant at ground floor has really bad service. We had never felt more unwelcomed anywhere else in Japan. When there because we wanted to have dinner. First, we have to take off our shoe. We must order at least two drinks for each of us directly from the staff. When come to ordering for food, it is through a pad and all in Japanese. When stuck with navigating the electronic menu, we approached the staff for help, we were told Japanese menu only, and before we could open our mouth again, he walked off - this happened twice. We eventually walked off without ordering and just paying for the two drinks we have to ordered.

a great overnight stay option. v close to the train station, and from there just a short ride to airport. they also have an am shuttle. plenty of restaurant choices nearby. i went to the local yakitori restauarnt which was excellent. good breakfast
