The deluxe twin room I booked was spacious and comfortable. Ample space for 3 big luggage. I really like that there’s a communal hot bath within the property. And the breakfast was fantastic too!

The room was fairly large by Japan standards, quiet, the king size bed was lovely and firm. There was free coffee in the lobby. The lattes were probably my favorite thing. Once check-in was out of the way, the front desk staff were helpful and kind.
Check-in, without reservations, was complicated. Front desk finally told us to go ahead and book through booking.com directly to get the best rate. Doing so, we were able to get a great rate.

Excellent service from staff from the front desk to house keeping. Breakfast - great with changing menu for breakfast. Large variety, local specialties, western and Japanese food.
