All staff very friendly and accommodating, facilities are great. MOST IMPORTANT IS THE LOCATION: ~2min walk from Kotoni JR station, ~15min walk from Kotoni subway station. During our stay the JR was basically always out of commission due to heavy snow - the subway station saved us. Also a 7/11 directly across.

The location was good, close to the station connected via a covered pathway. It was clean quiet and warm.
The breakfast had no fruit. The restaurant was fully booked for dinner.

Easy access.
Rooms are just too old. It is unsustainable. From furniture to beds, it’s old and comfort is not up to modern standards. Room is small, dark and looks sad. Front desk staff will not greet when guest returns to hotel. Communication is not effective. Forgot my card in the room and was not informed that card was at front desk at the time of my return.

The room is very comfortable and has a good space for large luggage. I also like the breakfast although the options can be very limited.
The price per night is quite high relative to the quality of the room and the hotel location.

Good access to New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, and Otaru. Clean facilities. You can choose the types of cleaning service (“full service” including bedsheet replacement and cleaning, “simple service” with towel replacement and emptying the trash can, and “no cleaning” with only towel replacement), and if you choose simple or no cleaning type, you will get a bottle of water for free every day.
It was perfect, but there were only two washing machines and two drying machines in the entire hotel and sometimes they were all taken.

Location was very conveniently close to the station. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and day trip without dramas.

It’s located in a quite area of Sapporo and there are good enough restaurants around. Close to train station and the walk wasn’t so bad. The breakfast is good, I like the staff who serve the restaurant
Too expensive for an old hotel with a small room. The carpet is so old. The wallpaper is so old. Wifi is quite weak as well. It needs complete renovation if it charges this price. Staff at front desk mostly do not speak a decent amount of English.
