The room was very spacious and there’s a view of the mountain. We were 3 in a room but it felt comfortable. The in-room onsen was a very pleasant surprise.

Comfortable space with fine details that made the stay that much more enjoyable. Was meticulously clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Meals were delicious and excellent variety. View from room was fantastic. Both private and public onsens were wonderful.

The private onsen in your room was great. The public onsen was so beautiful in the snow. I had the whole open air bath to myself and it was fun watching the snow fall.

The room was impressively spacious and beautifully arranged, with the added luxury of a private in-room onsen that made it easy to relax in total comfort. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff were genuinely wonderful. The view from the room was also a highlight—especially watching the snow gently fall outside.
The amenity bar wasn’t clearly marked as something you needed to collect from the shop, and we wished the in-room onsen window could open wider. It was also difficult to get assistance at night, as the overnight staff spoke limited English after the day reception team finished. Although the self-service laundry was free, there were only two washers and two dryers, so it was often in use and hard to access.

Breakfast and dinner was very fresh, they change the menu depending on your length of stay. The prime rib is definitely something worth going there to try. The hotspring here is the best I've to at this point.
The location is on the edge of the city, it is close to the park. Was unable to go up the mountain due to snow. Might be a walk if you want to see the entire town.

Location is excellent while the breakfast and dinner were so good with great quality and variety. The lobby, as well as the dining room, is very impressive that opens up with panoramic view of the mountain. I really love the room we stayed and the en suite onsen as we rent the Room with Tatami Area & Onsen View Bath High Floor. Many thanks to “WIN” a young lady who was very helpful and pleasant to us all the time. She did so many jobs as a Bell, a Receptionist, a Waitress, etc. Indoor parking is very convenient, ample and easily accessible. We were fortunate to see the Illumination exhibition with the complimentary shuttle bus by the local hotels.
WiFi could be better. Uploading photos was very slow.

The view of snowy landscapes at the lobby, in my room and at the restaurant was amazing. Female onsen doesn't have as great view as there's a barrier for privacy, but you can still feel the snow falling on you while soaking in the hot onsen.
I needed to print a physical bus ticket for my ride back to Sapporo but the hotel staff wasn't able to help me. I was directly to go convenient store that couldn't help me too as I can't download the printing app with my App Store that's not Japan. I ended up at the tourist information centre and they were still refusing to print for me. I thought that was very rigid.

Everything's is good, in room onsen and public onsen is great for relaxing. the room size is quite big compare to other hotel in Japan.
The food is terrible, dinner and breakfast I prefer to have food in minimart rather than eat in the hotel again So the worst thing is the hotel package include dinner and breakfast
