Very Good
Location was great, especially to attend Snow Festival or take bus to the airport. In house Chinese restaurant was good for lunch. Staff was very kind. I liked the size of the room and the old fashioned key. It's 1000 yen if you need to check out at 12noon instead of 11.
It was mentioned by others bit the quality of the mattresses is really bad. We stayed there three nights and on the third day, my back was so stiff I could barely move. Also, I asked for two blankets and the staff made an impolite comment twice stating "in sapporo, we just use the heater, not blankets."

The hotel is at a very good location not too far from the station. The staff were really helpful arranged for a early check-in and it was a pleasant stay

Location was great, just a short walk to all places of interest. Spacious rooms, welcoming and accommodating staff. They replied to my after the booking enquiries very quickly. We arrived with car, so we're very happy to be able to use the parking.

We spent three nights in the Deluxe Twin room of this hotel. It is about 700 meters away from the JR Sapporo Station, which will take you some time to walk. Anyway the room is clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Staff in the front desk are very polite and friendly. They even printed a page of my electronic ticket for me.
Distance between the hotel and the JR station is a little bit far.
