* Convenient location: very close to station and right across the street from Odori Park, near a lot of tourist attractions. * Nice decor, room was bigger than my other Japanese hotels. * Public bath on the top floor (separate men and women baths), open until 2am! Had to stand in line to wash at 10pm.

Due to the booking.com website screw-up, I was charged for 1 night in the Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo although I made the reservation for 6 nights. Booking.com then refused to modify the reservation, or to cancel that 1 night and give me the refund. However, after I contacted the Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo directly, they apologized for the mess, they canceled my reservation (although a day after scheduled arrival) and fully refunded the amount charged by booking.com. This was an exceptional service, obviously focused on customer satisfaction, even on a "future potential customer"!

We had booked a standard double but upgraded to a "three" person suite as we stayed for a week and the extra space was enjoyed. Great view of Odori Park from our window!
We had a meal in the restaurant and thought the meal was overpirced and not that tasty compared to other venues we had enjoyed. For example the green salad was just mixed lettuce, no furhter embellishment. Salads from the 7/11 are more interesting.

What I liked most about this hotel is its excellent and centralized location in the city of Sapporo. Directly opposite the hotel is Odori Park, which is linked to Sapporo TV Tower. This area is also used by Klook as a meeting point for several tours to tourist attractions around Hokkaido, making it very convenient for travelers. Another big advantage is that one of the Airport Limousine Bus stops is located right in front of the hotel, making the transfer from Sapporo city to New Chitose Airport very easy and convenient.
As for the downside, room cleaning and housekeeping are only performed after every 3 days of stay in the same room. Nevertheless, the hotel staff will still replace towels and sleeping wear if you place the used ones outside your room door. They will also clear your rubbish bin provided you leave it outside the door every morning. Another small setback is that extra bottles of drinking water are not provided freely and are only given on a replacement basis.

The hotel location is very strategic. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also close to the train station. The room is very clean. I will stay here again when I come to Sapporo.

The single room is quite tiny, but included everything you needed. The location is good for shopping and airport. ( there is an airport bus which is outside the hotel) .
The refrigerator is under the table which is a bit inconvenient but acceptable. For the onsen, which is really small and crowded while I am using it during weekdays.

Very convenient location just mins away from the subway. The rooftop bath opens until 2 am! Which is great if you are out late but still wanna soak in the bath when you get back!

Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo was right in the center of all the main attractions, especially the Snow Festival. Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is walking distance to all of the best restaurants and bars in Sapporo. You can also get the Limousine Bus from the New Chitose airport that drops you off directly in front of Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo!
