Wonderful
The hotel location is very strategic. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also close to the train station. The room is very clean. I will stay here again when I come to Sapporo.

The single room is quite tiny, but included everything you needed. The location is good for shopping and airport. ( there is an airport bus which is outside the hotel) .
The refrigerator is under the table which is a bit inconvenient but acceptable. For the onsen, which is really small and crowded while I am using it during weekdays.

Very convenient location just mins away from the subway. The rooftop bath opens until 2 am! Which is great if you are out late but still wanna soak in the bath when you get back!
The rooms were just slightly smaller than I had imagined but still managed to open one of our big checked luggage’s and one carry on

Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo was right in the center of all the main attractions, especially the Snow Festival. Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is walking distance to all of the best restaurants and bars in Sapporo. You can also get the Limousine Bus from the New Chitose airport that drops you off directly in front of Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo!

Everything. From the service, the facade, amenities, comfort, location. They offer baggage deposit for the day. They were very helpful and everything was easy. They have a pantry on 2 of the floors where you can get spoon and forks, cups, ice and a microwave. They got a vendo machine in every elevator lobby and they give out fresh towels and pajamas every day. ? it was really amazing!
It was just that the room space really is enough for two. That’s my only comment. It it were a bigger room, it would have been perfect. ? But nonetheless we will still return for we had a truly amazing stay!

LOVE the location! View towards the Odori Park was so good. And even airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Best hotel ever! Will be staying again definitely if I am in Sapporo

For tourist in Sapporo the location of this hotel is perfect. Just next to the main transportation hub (subway lines cross there), 10-15 min walk to the main train station and just a few minutes walk from Susukino district. Staff was very kind and informative (no problem to communicate in English). Cleanliness was excellent. I appreciated breakfast that was very Japanese but for those who prefer more western style there were also some options.

Great location as from New Chitose Airport, an airport express gets you to the front door of the hotel.
Not very comfortable as the room is very small and price per night was on the higher end.
