Hotel staff were exceptional during every interaction. That including the housekeeping and the front desk. Japan is known for good service but they were fantastic. The location is also very good, located a short walk from susukino.
The room was a little older and the wallpaper had some minor signs of damage.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean, our room was spacious, breakfast was really good, and it was well located.
There was nothing that struck us as needing dramatic improvement.

This property located near to Nakajima Koen, which is 4th train stop on Namboku metro from Sapporo station. Susukino snow festival site is about 12-15 mins walk. 7/11 right next to the hotel and you have other basic shops near by. Lobby was nicely decorated, rooms are okay as they seem to be worn out a bit. There were lot of wooden storage spaces for clothes etc.
Rooms were dated. No room cleaning even when I stayed for 3 nights, very surprised considering Japan has a reputation of cleanliness. Toiletries looked cheap though sufficiently provided.
