Wonderful
The location is excellent, as it is close to Sapporo Station—just follow the west exit and then the north exit. The room was well maintained and looked new and clean. There are also amenities such as a microwave, laundry facilities, and an iron available to borrow.
One of the male reception staff members, who appeared to be European, was not polite. However, the other Japanese staff were excellent and met the usual high standards of service.

This hotel just nearby the Sapporo station about 5 mins walk only . The staff is helpful and speak well in English .
The dryer machine in laundry area is not powerful enough . We have dry up our cloths at least 90 mins with 2 machines run together . Hopefully will get a more powerful and high capacity dryer machine in future .

Wonderful
Stayed here at the end of December 2025. It's a good Hotel Mystays in areat location on the North side of Sapporo Station. Easy walking access to the main attractions like Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, The Red Brick Building (former government office), Sapporo Clock Tower, as well as the Susukino shopping and entertainment district. There is hotel parking at the back of the building but it is one of those car stackers so make sure you allow a bit of time for the staff to get your car out of storage for you. Pro tip: Use the Sapporo Ekimae-dori underground walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho) to avoid the frigid winter night cold if you are walking back from Susukino to the hotel. It finishes at the train station, leaving only a short 5-ish minutes walk outdoors to get to the hotel.

The location is good. You can walk underground and take the exit no.12 of Sapporo sta. The pillow is very good.

The convenient location. It’s only 2 short blocks from JR station, restaurants and shops.
The inefficient room layout that makes a small room even smaller. The unhelpful staff that complicates things. For example, I requested a breakfast staff on 14th fl. to use a knife to slice a loan of bread. Two told me to go talk to the receptionist on the first fl. The hotel will not want to help even such a simple matter. In addition, unlike many hotels that I stayed throughout Hokkaido, the hotel has no lounge/rest area to allow customers to rest during the day.

Location-wise is excellent. Room is tidy and bed is comfy. Plus, you can get some daily necessities in the lobby.
The heavy snow makes the entrance to the hotel uneasy to access.
