The coffee available. The view was great! The pillows were comfy, and the shower and bath were amazing.
The bath and shower door wouldn't close all the way. Lamps by the beds for night time would be good.

I love the location of this hotel. It’s opposite the Nakajima Park and how accessible it is to the train station and Kombini. It was such a memorable and beautiful stay for our family.
The toilet is really small, I understand as in Japan it’s known for this. Other than that it’s amazing.

1. Nakajima park just 20 meter from the main door 2. Subway near, 400m, and has a lift 3. It has room with tripple bed for family 4. I was not careful n lost my tumbler and the staff helped me find it quickly. They are nice.

Hotel is nice, located 15 min by subway from Sapporo center but close to one of the city biggest park and other attractions. Room are spacious and clean.
We booked 2 nights in a raw but not simultaneously, but hotel was not able to accommodate us the same room for 2 nights (while we were ready to downgrade / pay extra fees). A bit annoying then to have to check in / check out . However, the staff help to transfer the luggage from one room to an other. No other issue otherwise.

The location good for morning walking, exercise, get the fresh air.
Even the roon is good, Unfortunately the air condition become heater at mid of the night. It is nightmare made me can not slept. Moreover the window can not open even just a bit for get the fresh air. I have no problem with the room cleanliness.

Wonderful
Excellent location slightly away from the center of Sapporo. Walking distance to both Susukino and Odori (10-20min) and the park outside is large and relaxing to go for a walk in. Underground station is conveniently located 2 min away, and while there are no shops in the vicinity there is a convenience store nearby. Hotel lobby and room was clean and modern, staff friendly.
