This hotel is our “go to” hotel whenever we travel to Hokkaido. Just a few minutes walk from Sapporo Train Station. Hotel and rooms always have a new and fresh feel to it. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always ready to assist.

Very good location, close to JR station. Room is clean and good size. Hotel staff is friendly.
Staff/arrangement at parking service was rather disorganized. Whatever was promised by staff in the morning was not carried out by another staff in the afternoon. We ended up could not park our vehicle at hotel parking during our stay and had to use a public parking some distance away which also cost more.

Good location, near Sapporo station. Cleaning well covered as per request. Room size allowed us (5 pax) to move well. Overall, we had a good stay.

Breakfast went well the staff was courteous. The front desk staff was horrible. If they do not like thier job than they should find another one. So disappointing.
The room was meh. When I booked online another room was presented on the website and thats what we were expecting. But the hotel did not deliver.

Location is the only great thing about this hotel as it is located few steps away from JR Sapporo Station. Several convenience stores are around the hotel
I was extremely surprised at how low the service level this hotel provides to its guests. It does not provide drinking water, for one. There is only tea but no coffee in the room. You can expect no real sincere help from the front desk to provide assistance when you need one - for understanding instances like first aid wound treatment - I tried to borrow scissors to cut the gauze and bandage in my room - I was asked to go down to the reception to use the scissors right there in the front desk, can not bring it up. There was a personnel who explained this was for security purposes , and that if I dont understand it then - sorry! Huh??? Like do they know if all other guests in the entire hotel carries no scissors for first aid purposes??? Lol, terrible. The impression I got is this hotel cares only for itself. Breakfast was just ok, not great at all.
