Spacious bathroom and good location. Child guard rails were added to our beds before we arrived. Also appreciated the woodblock art piece in our room

It is located near the Sapporo station. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional. I am happy to stay at this hotel again.
Wifi is awful. If you want to stay in the room longer to watch streaming, this is something you might consider.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk from Sapporo Station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed for our family. The breakfast was one of the highlights, with a great mix of Japanese and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but there was one experience that left us feeling uncomfortable. Since we stayed for more than 12 days, one of the ladies at the breakfast entrance seemed to become suspicious of us. On our last morning, it felt like she was watching us closely and even followed us after we entered, as if she wanted to check whether we were actually hotel guests or just coming for breakfast. We completely understand that staff need to verify guests, but the way it was handled made us feel singled out and uncomfortable. A more discreet approach would have been appreciated.

Great location but small. It’s the typical Japanese hotel. I like that I stayed on the 5th floor, there’s also the laundry room. It makes laundry easier. Cashless with payment in the app. Very important traveling with young children

The position and the staff.
Too old and not the value I paid. The bathroom glass had rust stains, and the bathroom ventilation vent was covered in limescale and was dirty. (Room 815)

Close to heart of city. Staff pleasant and helpful. We utilized the Yamato service right in the hotel.
