It's located next to Shin Sapporo Station, which is closer to get to New Chitose Airport compared to hotels in Central Sapporo city
The room is very outdated and small. The location is fair, however you will still need to move your luggages outside to get to the station, as compared to other hotels that may have underground access, it is not a great experience when it is snowing. Also, you need to pay a fee for using the spa/onsen even as a hotel guest. The staff did not inform us that.

I likes how it was close to the Shin-Sapporo Station. Had a nice spa (additional payment) but 1300-1000 yen not too bad.

The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. I really enjoyed the view from the high floor corner room. It felt worth the price to us! They also had an in-hotel coin laundry that was clean and had easy to follow instructions in english as well. It was in a decent location. Located right next to the Shin-Sapporro station and a shopping plaza.
Only thing we didn’t like (which seemed to be common theme in Japan) is that we couldn’t partake in some facilities due to their “No Tattoo” policy. So we weren’t able to experience the in-hotel spa. Additionally, although the massage was somewhat relaxing, they didn’t offer any oil-body massage or aroma therapy. The massage was more of a traditional thai massage with us having to be fully clothed. If you like the friction, then this may be great for you. However, in terms of location; if we were to return to Sapporo, this is not a centrally located area— Not much was happening in this part of town. If you want to be where all the sights, eats, & activities are, best to stay near Sapporo, Odori, or Susukino stations.

While the hotel is not at the center of Sapporo, they have the train station on the other side of the street which was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean and I really enjoyed the breakfast as it offered a wide variety of options. If I ever visit Sapporo again I would definitely stay here.

The location was perfect. There were many places to eat nearby, and the JR and metro were conveniently located near the hotel. The room was the ideal size for my coworker and me. The shop in the hotel had all the souvenirs that I wanted to buy.
The hours of the public bath were not convenient. It opened at noon. It would have been better if it was open in the morning. I want to go there in the morning, but I couldn't.

great location, next to the train station (Shin Sapporo). The buffet breakfast was amazing. The hotel was quiet and clean. The room is big and comfortable.
This station is Shin Sapporo, not Sapporo, so you need to commute to Sapporo either by JR train or subway.

The location is very near Shin-sapporo station.
The lights in the bedroom are too dim, and we can't control the air conditioning since it's centralized. Since we visited during winter, the bedroom felt hot as soon as we entered. We had to sleep without blankets because the room was too warm for us. One night, my friend even felt like sleeping without any clothes.

The location was very close to train station and some shopping areas.Also, the included buffet breakfast was very good and convenient.The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were on the small side and when we checked in we were told the A/C was not working , there was only heating. Our first room was too warm and stuffy, so they moved us to a cooler room, but there was a pungent odor in the room that made me very uncomfortable. We were moved to another room which was better, less odor. Do not know what source of smell was! They

Location and staff helpfulness
Room smells moulded and very warm because there are heater central unit. You can't change to air cond or even open the window. The table mirror is mini size and small, so we need to sit down to be able to see yourself? The bathroom tap very old style and needs to be upgraded. Lighting was dim. They can upgrade to LED lights. The duvets cover are dark in color that's make the room even worse.
