looked forward to the breakfast every morning. We had a group of 14 people staying at the hotel and location was so awesome for all the group to go off on their own coz everything is within minutes walking

Staff was very friendly and excellent. Very good breakfast … must try atleast once.
Location was near the red light district so maybe not recommended for kids. There were a lot of hostess clubs around the area.

Location, Susukino station was a block away, same with airport bus stop. Restaurants everyway you turned. Snow Festival sculptures also a block away and the main display at Odori Park was a few blocks away too. Loved the Japanese style breakfast. Concierge also helped me get a reservation when i first booked the room a few months ago. Nothing not to like about this hotel, highly recommended.

There are a few laundry machines. I saw 2 machines at 3st floors and waited for used long times. And A/C or Heating used centralized not privated.

The breakfast buffet spread was amazing and very tasty, from Western to Japanese, and a wide variety of good quality choices.
Room was very cramp and the twin rooms are actually bigger than double rooms..so if you have kids, will recommend to get the twin room with 2 beds and more space

The staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. However this was true for every hotel we stayed at in Japan.
Rooms were very small just like most of the hotels we stayed at in Japan. Normally, we would unpack the clothes we needed for the stay and stow the suitcase on a caddy or under the bed. Unfortunately, there were no drawers or closets for the clothes. The only place to stow the suitcase was in the room hallway.
