Free coffee machine where you can take drink from there from 10am-10pm. Big hotel and room.
Everytime lift will confirm stop at 2nd floor even when there is no one pressing it. I been there for 9 nights, no matter I go up or down they will stop at 2nd floor. There are only 3 washing machine, and 3 of them are wash and dry at the same time. Which need 120 minutes wait. We waited 7 minutes before the washing machine wash finish, and some one came and collect their clothes. Due to clothes not fully dry, she insert a coin and additional of 30 minutes washing. We have to wait again. Please make a rule that when there is people waiting, do not let them dry or wash another batch again!!! This is terrible as every night we need to fight and queue for washing machine.

Nice that the front of the hotel is very safe when it is snowing and icy because the ground is clear and very safe to walk on.
Please invest on a heavy duty weighing scale for luggage. They only have the one that you hook on your bags.

The location was relatively close to things in Sapporo. It was convenient to have a 7eleven built into the building. The free toiletries were nice too.
How small the rooms felt. I think if the bed had space to put suit cases under, it would be a bit better.
