The location was great considering our main focus was the Snow Festival.
Not enough food options in the immediate vicinity. The room was very small. you can manage a mid/full luggage but you have to be strategic while doing so. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock.

location. it was so close to the Odori Park where the Snow Festival was held. it was also close to a subway station.
the reception personnel (especially the lady receptionist on our check-out day) was rude. they were not friendly to tourists/ foreign guests.

Wonderful
I and my friends arrived 10pm. for check-in which was quick and friendly. The room was clean and big comfy bed. We could walk to Subway in 5 mins.
I was trying to get Air condition Temp a bit cooler but couldn't do so. I had to open the window a little to let the cool wind in. I know it was around winter time but inside room sometimes too warm.
