Everything you need is there. A very nice place and there 2 bus stops that will directly take you to Sapporo Station.
Nothing for the facilities. BUT..some costumers were VERY LOUD in the middle of the night and SHOUTING at the hall way at DAWN. Hope the hotel can add more RULES in Minimizing noise. It was a bit difficult to rest if someone is shouting and banging all over the place..

Close to the venue. (Makomanai Sekisui Heim Ice Arena). Free parking was great. Room was spacious. Bathroom was outdated but I used their Onsen, so I didn’t use it. It is not a natural Onsen (Man-made Onsen), but their facility was nice and I enjoyed it very much.
Breakfast room was just a big ballroom with lines of tables and chairs and lacking ambiance. Looked like a school cafeteria. Also, breakfast items weren’t as good as I expected.

The beds were so comfortable, especially if you’re like me and had been sleeping in bunk beds and capsules before this. As well the amenities were super nice and the onsen is a great perk .
Not that we didn’t like the onsen in fact we loved it but just be careful when walking in the outside area, my friend slipped and cut her toe unfortunately. If this happens go to the front desk and ask for a bandage, they were super happy to help.

Great if you have a hire car. Hotel offers lots of parking. Breakfast was delicious had lots of options. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. The hotel laundry mat was okay. Not the best for drying clothes, however there is a laundry mat located not too far away that can be used to dry clothes.

This is our second time staying and the room was bigger than what we had before, even if it's the same room type. We had a lot of space for unpacking and packing our luggages. I asked for a room with a view as we didn't have one before, and they complied. Lots of parking also available. Breakfast was okay and had many choices. We only had it once during our 5 day stay. The onsen was pretty standard but you can tell from the feel and smell of the water that it's not a natural hot spring. Room cleaning is on every third day of your stay. Only the trash on the bin provided were collected, tho. The trash we had in a plastic bag beside it was still in the room when we came back. All in all, I'll gladly stay here again when in Sapporo.

Wonderful
It has everything you need in a low-cost hotel. Receptionists speak good English. I just wish there were more microwave ovens and laundry machines. When they are full, we have to wait a long time for our turn. Also, there is no view from our room. Nevertheless, it's one of the comfiest budget hotels I've visited. I'll try the onsen when I get back.
