The breakfast was really good a lot of variety very fresh and hot coffee was excellent. Our Family who live in Nerima came for the buffet dinner which was very good. Also the buss service was great for us.

It has hourly bus that take you to the train station. It has airport limousine for Haneda. Staff friendlier and speaks English, much much improved from my last stay in Nov2023.
It has no service water for drinking. You have to buy from the vending machine. I stayed in the suite and it is not that great. The single rooms are much better.

Very comfortable, lovely and helpful staff, easy walk to underground train to get to sites, easy walk to all the great restaurants and little shops in Shakujii Koen. Delicious breakfast and great Japanese restaurant in the hotel.

Surprisingly good. Large room with functional work desk. Very helpful staff. Maps of local shops and restaurants available. Very comfy bed and pillow. Well equipped bathroom with good-sized towels. 2 conveneince stoes (7-11 and FamilyMarket) within a few minutes walk. Large-sized uderground car park with direct access to the hotel.

Spacious lobby and room. All clean! Kind staff and easy access from the Haneda airport. Located in a quiet residential area near a big Hikarioka park! Family Mart and Seven-eleven are just around the corner.
