Wonderful
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the subway lines just right outside the main door. Just right next to the main entrance, you can access a Family Mart (convenience store) as well! The facilities are nice with onsen, powder room for the ladies, laundry room, etc. We arrived earlier than the anticipated check-in time and we were allowed to store our luggage. Upon arrival, we met with Irvin who is one of the receptionists and he welcomed us providing us with ample information on services provided by the hotel. The breakfast menu was great as well and each day there was a variety of options to explore. The restaurant staff were fantastic! We felt very welcomed and hope to return sometime in the future!
The pillows already in the rooms were quite hard and hard to sleep on but you are given the option to pick a pillow of your preference at the reception.

Has onsen hotspring facility. It also services breakfast which looks pretty good but we didnt have time. Room is a good size. Near toyota car rental and highway. Subway station is a few steps away from the hotel. Has a 7/11 or lawson store at street level.
Its a bit far from the main attractions. Not walking distance to namba (30 minutes) for example. Cannot goto the 24 hrs stores and restrurants in dontoburi.

Wonderful
The property was clean and had good amenities. No need to bring toiletries aa well and we liked how white and clean their bath towels. We hope they maintain it that way. We also loved how conveniently located it was to the Subway station and nearby restaurants.
Just the strict cleaning time schedule from 11am - 3pm only and you have to be out of the room.

Hotel was easy to get to, the subway right outside made it simple to connect to most places in Osaka. Hotel smelt amazing everywhere, and all the free amenities were lovely and really added to the spa vibe.
The mattress wasnt as comfortable as I am used to, but still managed to get an amazing sleep.

Central location and lots of amenities, clean rooms and friendly staff
Rooms are a bit basic, ours had no view of the outside which made it feel smaller. That said, it was great value for money and we were happy with it for the short length of our stay
